Sakharovo insulator, overflowing with protests, has already become famous throughout Russia

This is what is happening there - says the special corner of the "Medusa" Maxim Solopov

After the shares in support of Alexei Navalny, hundreds of people throughout Russia were arrested for different periods of administrative imprisonment. In Moscow, due to lack of places in people's insulators, they began to bring to the deportation center for migrants in the village of Sakharovo in New Moscow. The Medusa special corner Maxim Solopov went there to talk with those who have already served their term in the center, and with those who came to support the seated ones.

"I'm not interested in Navalny, not Putin, but the situation with lawlessness in the country"

Two yellow buildings of the Center for the Temporary Contents of Foreign Citizens (TsVSIG) at an impressive distance from the central buildings are surrounded by a high metal fence with barbed wire. Because of this, it is not clear what is happening there, next to the premises for the detainees. At the entrance there is a gate from the checkpoint, through which police buses and autosaks regularly enter and go. Here, the prisoners who have served punishment come out of the will.

On the left is a small parking, in which there is not enough space for everyone who came to find out about the fate of their loved ones or give them things and products. They park cars along the road at the entrance to the center. Employees of the Center accept programs in a household, people with bags go there one. There are three dozen people next to her: mothers, brothers, sisters, friends of detainees and volunteers. “You can warm up here” - it is written by a marker on a sheet attached to the rear window of one of the cars. Drivers of other cars also let in freezing people. Someone brought pizza for everyone, someone-hot coffee.

“The insulator is not ready to accept so many people. They have been working from 11 in the morning and by half the fifth they accepted only 19 programs, ”says the volunteer Marina, wrapped in a warm scarf in orange. “People taught by bitter experience begin to come here at seven in the morning.”

At the entrance to the premises for receiving gears, the line is coordinated by a man with a list of waiting - there are more than 150 people. At first, only two employees of the center accepted things and products. After calls for all possible hot lines to the audience, “the colonel came out and ordered people to add people,” says Marina. Now there are three of them: one rewrites the passport data of relatives, the other describes the contents of the bags, the third conducts a thorough inspection of things, opening each bottle of water. In the telegram chat created by volunteers, people find out the numbers of cameras where their relatives are sitting to transfer everything necessary for all at a time.

TsVSIG is located in New Moscow, 40 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road, in the village of Sakharovo. No conditions for those who are waiting in the cold in the many hours are provided: in order to go to the toilet, people crazy in the snow in the forest or go by car to the nearest settlements. The services of citizens are only a metal canopy with benches under it, in the summer you can hide from the rain, in winter - from snow. There, plastic bags with gears are stored there - judging by their number, there is no lack of things and products for the detainees themselves.

“My friends just walked around the city,” explains the young teacher Konstantin, who came to help the arrested for 10 days to a colleague. Then he still adds that it was "a walk expressing a civil position." In the same center, his friend and one unfamiliar person from another city, whose friends asked the man to give him things, are serving a sentence. “They did not shout any slogans, did not hold the posters. This is their first detention, ”said the interlocutor of Medusa. Both he and his detained colleague are afraid of problems at work, but are convinced that "citizens of the Russian Federation have the right to peacefully express their civic position if they disagree with something."

“Navalny is not very pretty to me, but I believe that in this particular situation he is right in everything, and the power in everything is wrong and once again showed its cannibalic entity,” Konstantin explains his position. - There were doubts about Navalny’s sincerity, until they tried to kill him. Plus, great respect to him that he returned to our Russia, realizing all the risks. ”

Prior to this, Konstantin only once participated in a sanctioned rally with a demand to free the prisoners of “Moscow case”. Then he worked as a volunteer at the OVD-Info. His parents do not support power, but they are worried about their son and are generally afraid of change. However, Konstantin did not consult with them whether to go or not to the action in support of Navalny: “Of course, they will dissuade, put pressure on the presence of a son of a duty.”

Alexander - a girl of small glasses with glasses joins this conversation. Her friend was on the bus, from which the detainees recorded a well -known video about how they have to wait for many hours to wait for the line to the place of their opinion. “My friend is a rather apolitical person,” says Alexandra in a voice trembling from the cold. - I went out more to support others, and not actively participate. They took him with the group [protesters]. Thank God they beat anyone. They turned well. " She has not yet been able to contact a friend during his arrest. He has seven days ahead in the insulator. In line, the girl from eight in the morning, but by the evening it was not possible to transfer things to the camera.

The arrested friend of Alexandra, her fellow countryman from Yekaterinburg, works in an IT company in Moscow. She herself works in one of the subsidiaries of Rostec. Previously, the only experience in participating in protests was a struggle against the construction of a temple in the square of Yekaterinburg. “23 [January 2021] I also went. I just walked with everyone. I am not interested in personality, not Navalny, not Putin, but the situation with lawlessness in our country. ”

Alexandra says that ten years ago in her family they faced an unfair criminal prosecution, but is afraid to develop this topic: “Thank God, everything was resolved relatively safely.” The girl is not afraid to go to the next protest rally: according to her, now lawlessness annoys her even more.

Volunteer Marina stands in line with programs for unfamiliar people whose relatives cannot stay in Sakharovo all day. She supports the protest, but does not participate in shares, because she lives alone with a cat and cannot risk the fact that the animal will remain unattended for a long time. “I still have a lot of chronic diseases, there are panic attacks. If it becomes bad for me in the middle of the crowd, people will begin to help, and this will contribute to their detention, ”Marina explains her fears. She even had to take a break in her career due to health, but in general she has three formations: journalism, ineaz, and “master's magistracy on the producer”.

Marina herself “does not support the figure of Navalny,” like many of her acquaintances, but she has accumulated claims to the system: “We just want changes for the better. My father is a teacher, and my mother is a doctor. I see how much education and medicine bend us. My young man died at 23, replacing several hospitals in different cities in two months. The fact that they could not save him, is not anyone specific, but the whole system that led to indifference among medical workers. As far as I know, since the 2000s, certain treatment standards have been introduced in our medical institutions that do not take into account individual characteristics. Insurance companies require these standards. ”

"I do not need to explain who Putin is, I myself from St. Petersburg"

A heavy middle -aged blonde in a down jacket and with a cigarette in his hand is approaching the queue. The woman came to help an employee of the logistics company, which he herself runs. “I do not need to explain who Putin is, and show films about the palace. I myself have been from St. Petersburg and heard about him while working in the City Hall Committee on External Relations, ”the woman cuts off in response to questions about a personal position regarding protests.

She responds to her young employee with deep respect: he came to Moscow from another region, in the spring his father died of coronavirus, then the man himself also suffered a dangerous disease. “Very good human relationship has developed. Now I will show you everything. We have all the moves recorded, ”she opens the chat in Votsap and talks about the detention of her employee. “They have 10 people there in the cell, a whole interest club. The guys have a general understanding of what is good and what is bad, that you need to stay in jointly. There is a common fund. Between the cameras they exchange parcels, because nothing can be conveyed normally. In general, quite decent conditions. The future electorate is drunk for us. Soon the elections, here we will vote, everyone as he understands, ”says the entrepreneur.

She is also specifically stipulated that Alexei Navalny personally is “not very pretty, but the rights should be the same for everyone”. “Navalny, like others, has the right to create a party and run for any position, and let the people vote themselves. We will watch the programs that we are offered in the package of services. [Detainees] guys are very sorry. This violence, to put it mildly, is excessive. I also feel sorry for the boys from the Russian Guard who also stand in the photographs with frightened faces. These are also our children, ”concludes the interlocutor of Medusa. The woman’s fears cause only the risks that the beneficiaries of protests “like after the February Revolution - anyone can become, even Girkin and comrades”.

And a woman named Tatyana Protest is warmly supported. Her twin sister was in conclusion that with friends in extreme sports (mountaineering, climbing, ski jumping) came to “sailor silence” on a minibus with a huge homemade ruff for a roof toilet. “They did not violate anything. They stood in a paid parking lot in a personal car. The sister works in the customs sector. This is a private company, but it did not take any vacation, and it was arrested for 10 days. The boss simply blocked me in the chat, ”says Tatyana.

The interlocutor of Medusa herself did not go to the rally, because there was no one to leave her 10-year-old daughter with, and her sister went to all rallies starting with Bolotnaya in 2011. “We support Navalny in his idea of ​​the change of power. We are outraged by how they did with him. I want us and our children to live in a legal state, ”Tatyana explains and their friend with her sister, with whom they are freezing together near TsVSIG.

“I am annoyed by the absolute corruption of the judicial system,” continues Tatyana. - In general, corruption is annoying. We wanted to build a sports facility in our city, we were told - [rollback] 20% of the cost of the project. 200 million was worth the project, 20 million had to be brought to officials, they were handed over to us through a special person. I know that this is everywhere. Our dad believes that everything can be achieved peacefully, for many years he has been working in a party of pensioners, but in ten years he has not succeeded. Of course, we are afraid that next time the sister will be imprisoned for a year. What to do? "

When it got dark, a fragile girl in boots without laces and with a backpack on her shoulder came out of the special receptionist. She said to the Medusa correspondent that she spent three days in custody. Anna works in the financial sector, to say where specifically, she does not want - even awaits problems at work. “I work in a large company close to the state. There was a teacher with me in Avtosak, who immediately began to call from the Department of Education. I don’t think it ended in something good. ”

On January 31, Anna "calmly drank coffee and went to express her civic position." Near the "sailor of silence" she was detained: “OMON or some 2nd police regiment, I don’t know exactly what they are called, pushed us to the wall, although we did nothing. For about 30 minutes we just waited in the cold while driving a car zakak. At first they took some guys, including my brother, then we were also taken to the “warm camp”. There, too, 40 minutes stood on the street. Only one good employee brought us to the toilet, and then they later told him that he would not do this. The protocols on the detainees were drawn up by the district police officers, who told everyone that they would be released now, but instead the youth were taken to the cells. It was very disappointing. Everything was predetermined in court, too, ”says Anna.

Anna’s cellmate from another police department was arrested for 10 days. She was brought to the center on the bus. “It was possible to avoid these hellish queues, but inside it was just a kapets - a real zone, in a bad sense of the word. A hole in the floor instead of a toilet, around it a wall is waist -deep, and a camera is directed there. We were not taken to the shower. Although we spent two days before this without the ability to wash. In the tap there was hot water, with lights. Hygiene objects were handed over to volunteers, they managed to transfer someone to the police department. ”

Anna became interested in politics due to FBK investigations a couple of years ago. She believes that the situation with Navalny for Russians is “an example of lawlessness that can happen to everyone”, which the girl was convinced, “looking at this system from the inside”. “Protocols against us were compiled under a carbon copy. Injustice is everywhere. The children of some deputies will drive a person-and they will not be anything for it, and the grandmother in the store will steal a piece of bread-and they are pursuing for it. It all accumulated for a long time. Someone receives a pension of 12 thousand, and someone is building a palace with aquadiscot . This is the reason for everyone to take the streets. Yes, I personally live well, but everyone should live like that. We have a richest country. I go out for everyone: for Navalny and for a vang , for all political prisoners and unfairly convicted, and for all ordinary people, ”says Anna.

But she is afraid to go to new protests because she was awarded a written warning: “We are intimidated. The guy in a neighboring autosak was detained even before the action for the tweet “Let's take a walk”. The other was detained in the Chocolate House near the rally. It was more convenient not to beat off the crowd. There was a guy who was just standing at a bus stop, but here I can’t vouch. While we were issued, we all said that we did not participate. ”

A girl with purple hair -colored hair and piercing in the nose helps an unfamiliar elderly woman, from whom they took her son to the rally, find a hotel near Sakharovo. Julia was also detained for shares on January 31 with a friend, but released from the police department, and her young man was given 13 days.

“We stood opposite the riot police near the Sailor Silence, on the other side of the street. I offered to cross the road, the bus drove up, and we were taken away, ”she recalls. Julia says that she went to the action, ready for what could be detained there. “It is more frightened that a person who tells how the authorities unfairly acts in relation to people can take and put in jail like this. This is done with a person who is known around the world. What can be done with an ordinary person? Now this is happening with my friend, ”the girl says. She works in a bar, and a detained friend is a student of a technical university.

A sad elderly woman next to Julia speaks with a Medusa correspondent reluctantly. “I believe that all this is useless. Power always in our country creates lawlessness. My son is 31 years old. He has a family and a pregnant wife, and he was leaning. I can't say otherwise, ”she complains. “I lived my life. I am not interested in Navalny, I am worried that we are powerless. I am sorry that our fathers and grandfathers died for what is happening with the country, but I do not believe that we will prove the truth. My brother went to tanks in 1991. His fate was then very bad, he died, but I do not want to talk about it. All I want is to release my son, ”the woman says.

Another young man Almir spent another 10 days from the insulator. He was detained on Trubnaya Square when he went with a friend in a cafe during the action. “It was not a rigid detention, but it was illegal,” says the young man, basking in the minibus of The Insider journalists. - My personal motive is that I do not want obvious lawlessness to happen in my country. Our law enforcement agencies are just lawlessness. If it’s quite easy to say, I want everything to be honest in the country. ”

Almir is 31 years old, he came to Moscow from Bashkiria and makes figures for cakes at a confectionery enterprise. “I am a sculptor, I don’t deal with the cakes themselves. I am a self -taught. I have a programmer’s diploma, but the sculpture is my most effective skill. ” Almir's sister shares his position and even the films of Navalny began to watch the first, but does not go to the rally. The young man does not discuss this topic with his parents, but from childhood he remembered the explanation of the mother why people live poorly in the republic rich in oil: “All money goes to Moscow.” “There are honest people who earn their labor, but there are officials, the army and the police who live with this money, but for some reason they command us. I want our court to be honest, and the police guard not a regime, but the rights of citizens, ”Almir argues.

In the cell in 10 days, Almira was taken out only twice. He also believes that in the isolator they were not ready for such a number of detainees and for the fact that everyone needs to give the opportunity to call, find a sheet and a pen to write a complaint, and provide all other human rights. “There was no violence, but each time you need to hammer on the door and wait until they listen to you,” says former prisoner TsVSIG. В камерах, по словам собеседника «Медузы», в среднем по пять-семь человек. На каждом из трех этажей двух корпусов около двадцати таких камер. Задержанные спят на металлических нарах, каждому выдаются матрас и две одноразовые простыни. «Кормили семь дней рыбными котлетами. Один раз куриными. Гарнир — макароны, гречка. Но обед очень скудный, через два часа снова хочется есть. Каши на завтрак дают очень мало. Если бы не передачки, то мы бы голодали. Не всем они доходят. Моему другу в другой камере мы оставляли пакеты во время прогулок в снегу, потом он приходил и забирал», — рассказывает Альмир.

«Нет такой организации, как в Минске»

Продукты задержанным привозят и абсолютно аполитичные люди. 30-летняя женщина в шубе рассказала «Медузе», что приехала помочь, увидев в тиктоке ролик с задержанными москвичами, которые томятся в автобусе в очереди к изолятору. На акции она не ходит — надо быть дома с маленьким ребенком, но людей, вышедших «против лжи», поддерживает. Работу — администратором в компании по продаже здорового питания — волонтер потеряла за время пандемии. Не смогла сидеть дома, взяла такси и поехала в Сахарово.

Возле выхода из изолятора корреспондент «Медузы» встретил молодого человека с узнаваемым белорусским акцентом. Сотрудник маркетинговой компании из Минска Денис ждет друга своей сестры. «У нас я участвовал во всех протестах. В августе светошумовая граната мне прилетела прямо в защитную пластиковую маску от газа, если бы не она и жесткая кепка, не знаю, чем бы это закончилось», — рассказывает минчанин. До 9 августа он не интересовался политикой и не ходил на выборы, но в этот раз произвол властей задел молодого человека. Во время политического кризиса офис его компании переехал в Москву.

«В Минске у всех была одна цель — уход Лукашенко, против насилия и обмана. Здесь цели у всех очень разные: кто-то выходит за Навального, кто-то — против Путина, — рассуждает белорус. — Нет такой организации, как в Минске. Когда у нас 23 августа объявили минуту молчания по погибшему Трайковскому , 600 тысяч человек замерли на минуту во всем Минске. Гробовая тишина стояла на всех проспектах. Протест был более массовым — четверть от всего трудоспособного населения Минска».

Но и российские силовики, по его мнению, еще не перешли грань, через которую перешагнули их белорусские коллеги: не отключают отопление в камерах, не бьют в изоляторах и не оставляют без еды на несколько суток.
