I want to note especially that I was present in the process of opening the child’s body from the first to the last minute, I stood next to the direct operator-an employee of the Bureau of the forensic medical examination (BSME) of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, which is directly subordinate to the Ministry of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, still headed by B. & Nemskom.

This event took place in March 2020, and after that nothing happened until February 3, 2021.

Several times during the year I was interested in the employees of the UK and the BSME, when there will be a discussion of the results of the autopsy and study of other materials of the case, in particular, the records of the stories of the disease, which were conducted both in the Boguchansk Central District Hospital and in the Krasnoyarsk Children's Clinical Hospital.

The first few months until August, I was informed that the analysis of these materials is difficult "in connection with the Covid epidemia." This was strange, because direct actions were not related to some public events like the same exhumation and autopsy itself. It was just necessary to carry out a number of histochemical tests that require no more than two weeks, provide experts with all materials and hold the final meeting at which each expert will express his opinion. This is exactly what was done in February 3, 2021 online.

Why this was not done before is completely unclear.

In August, I got through to the BSME and from the conversation realized that all the materials for discussion were ready, but no one was in a hurry. Perhaps it is a matter of subordination to the regional Ministry of Health.

It was immediately provided for familiarization with the Ministry of Health of the region.

The case materials provided to me were compiled in such a way that I understood: the version about the fault of the ministry and personally Nemika in the death of Rukosuev is not even considered.

He was never interrogated in connection with this, at least the protocols of his interrogation were not provided to me. In the same way, the protocols of interrogations were not provided with the employees of the ministry responsible for the medicinal support of children, nor the attending doctors of Rukosuev.

I was given the protocols of interrogation of two resuscitators, and I realized that it was they who were chosen by sacrificial sheep in this matter.

Nevertheless, I gave my conclusion, in which I absolutely clearly and definitely stated that the fault for the death of the boy lies on the faces that did not provide it with a viable medicine in a timely manner.

In the absence of this treatment, no, even the best, resuscitation measures were not able to prevent this death.

For example. If a person has an open wound and blood flows from it all the time, then the first thing to do is stop bleeding and only then perform resuscitation measures. If you perform them with the continuation of bleeding itself, they can never help the patient.

So it was with Rukosuyev.

He died terribly, painfully, to the last fought and clung to life, but the main cause of his disease - the daily massive death of motor neurons - was not prevented,

Although this was completely possible, and no resuscitation, of course, could not save him in the absence of a fight against the main cause of death.

On February 3, the main version of the causes of the death of the child, prepared by employees of the Krasnoyarsk BSME, was published on the online publication of experts.

The main cause of the death of the child was an overdose of the anti -inflammatory drug Nurofen, which the father of the child gave him without the appointment of a doctor, when the boy had a temperature in the Boguchans. According to the BSME, this caused an atypical reaction of the liver, which led to liver encephalopathy and the death of the child.

This is such a wild version that at first I was just numb.

Hepatic encephalopathy occurs with acute and chronic poisoning and liver infections. For example, in chronic alcoholics. Or in patients with viral hepatitis. Or with poisoning "Beginner". &

As evidence, liver tests were presented - Alt and AST. According to the Krasnoyarsk experts, they were above 500 units, based on the data provided by them from the medical history.

And once again: during my “cooperation” with the UK, there were only two events spread out for almost a year: in March 2020, an exhumation, and a year later, in February 2021, was a meeting of this commission.

And the history of being in the Boguchansk Central District Hospital was neglected in the regional children's hospital. I was twice - in the morning and evening of January 29, 2020 - they said that they did not see the point of reading village history, because they don’t understand anything there, and the Arbucidol and Wilprofen appointed by the Boguchansky hospital (I insisted urgently starting to treat the child symptomatically) - these are old aged drugs that were treated in the last century. The resuscitation manager said that he would prescribe treatment only when sowing will come to bacteria and infections that are made up to three days. And which, by the way, in the morning of January 30 came good, that is, not a sick child.

Apparently, experts also did not want to do not care about all this. Or they simply did not give the materials any other than the last day of Zakhar in intensive care - January 30, 2020, when he was already in the terminal stage.
