If at the start the ongoing garbage reform in the Arkhangelsk region raised many questions among the northerners, then a year later causes undisguised irritation. And all because more and more people understand that the regional operator openly robs them. And all this happens exclusively thanks to the support of the regional authorities. It is quite obvious that if the governor wanted to change the situation, he would have done it for a long time. But this does not happen. Apparently, everyone is satisfied with everything except us residents.
The fact that frank arbitrariness is happening confirms the recent decision of the St. Petersburg appeal, which recognized the garbage norm in the Arkhangelsk region purposefully overstated. And if someone thinks that the garbage fee is not so great - know that this is only the beginning. A few years later, according to the accepted territorial scheme, each registered in an apartment or house will pay 400 rubles for this "service". From a person! How much your family will pay soon - consider it yourself. Is this option for the development of "reform" that suits us?
Many are already reasonably refusing to pay. People are not scared by court orders for the recovery of debts, which are canceled by simple actions. There is no question of any development of the North Ossetia, as we see. Moreover, with the approval of the authorities in Arkhangelsk, a waste recycling plant is purposefully destroyed, which is still trying to engage in garbage sorting. People are indignant, but who hears us? And are ruling bureaucrats able to hear their people at all?
But the northerners did not come to terms and are not going to give up. And thanks to the activity of social activists and indifferent Severodvans, the problem became known far beyond the borders of our region. It is familiar to many firsthand - such a turning out of the population of the population by regional operators, with the support of local authorities, occurs almost everywhere.
