Rossi's must free the room

The Petersburg Club Rossi's, which has worked for almost 20 years, must free the premises belonging to the city in the Monument House on the Street of Ardentine Rossi. This was reported by the property control committee.

Rossi's agreement was terminated back in 2019, but the club did not leave the building, they say in Smolny. Now furniture is taken out by employees of the Committee and the Center for increasing the efficiency of the use of state property. It is noted that the debt of the rental institution is more than 10 million rubles, the club also did not agree on redevelopment.

The Rossi's administrator on the phone told Paper that the club is not planning to close in the near future. The founder of MAKS LLC Olga Korostovtseva to the question of Fontanka about whether the club will continue the work, replied : “Everything will be, we will live - we will see.”
