They detained an activist who climbed a tree, shouted to a megaphone about human rights and demanded the termination of law enforcement officers, and the editor -in -chief of the RusNews publication Sergei Ainborder, who kept a video of the activist’s actions.
Both were delivered to the Losinoostrovsky Internal Affairs Directorate, employees of the EE Center are talking with an activist in a separate office, said ATS-Info Ainborder.

February 13 21:50 It became known the name of a man detained with Ainborder: Oleg Ivoulov. On the evening of February 12, he was arrested for 13 days under an article on petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), the OVD-Info reported.
Ivoilov was taken to a special -reception No. 1 of Moscow. Which court appointed the arrest to the detainee is unknown. Judging by the information on the website of the Lefortovo District Court, on February 20, it is planned to consider another case against Ivoilov, but already under an article on violation of the rules of participation in the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
