On December 25, 2020, the Serpukhov administration terminated the land lease agreement with the Lesnaya training ground, but the most important question about the further reclamation of the landfill remained unresolved.
According to the documents, the administration of Serpukhov returned to itself only a clean field without a bunch of unknown garbage in 30 hectares. Agree that it is very convenient to forget about garbage. Miracle No. 1.
Miracle No. 2. Next to the "closed" landfill "Lesnaya" there is a plot of land of the same area. And they want to give him under ... reclamation! Yes, clean earth without garbage. For what? Then, in order to bring a new garbage to it, but no one is aware of this, because new garbage will be issued for a reclaimed from the old garbage dump. Sounds like nonsense. But the access road to the "closed" training ground is now actively repaired. 3 km of a repaired road have already cost the budget of 800 million rubles. What active reclamation is planned! Don't you think?
(For information: on our bypass road, which from Sinkov leads to the Aleksinsky quarry trash, 1780313307.81 rubles were spent; the road has not yet been commissioned, and the length of the road is indicated 16 km. Miracle No. 3. The administration of Serpukhov in August, under the noise of the pandemic, held a quick -randomic public hearings on the project of reclamation of the Lesnaya training ground. On public hearings online were only 18 people. But it’s not funny. It is ridiculous how much reclamation was spent on this project - 12 million rubles of budget money.
And even funnier is that this project is now unnecessary - they did not take into account the Bonus!
But what about 12 million? Yes, in no way - spent, we have a very rich state, 12 million is a trifle.
Now a new project of reclamation is being prepared and already taking into account the “bonus” - a plot of land near 30 hectares. There were no public discussions yet.
As you can see, businessmen from the garbage simply do not leave a place, they come up with all new schemes and continue to poison the ecology with our money, as before. And it doesn’t matter what area it is - Serpukhovskaya, Klinsky, it is important that everywhere the same lawlessness.
On January 31, our organization “Civil Position” held a public control raid at a turn to the Aleksinsky Career training ground near the village of Sinkovo.
From 11:00 to 12:00 p.m., five double garbage trucks passed and one single - 220 tons of garbage.
And yet, of course, red Kamazy endlessly rolled to our trash. No, this is not soil or sand. This is dismantled by the Moscow "Shanghai" next to Moscow State University. Let it be clean in Moscow! For an hour 30 cars. Cool!
