A Moscow orderly said that he was fired from a Covid hospital for taking a photo with a flashlight in the “red zone”

In Moscow, 22-year-old orderly Saidanvar Sulaimonov said that he was fired from a hospital for those infected with coronavirus after the “Love is stronger than fear” campaign. Sulaimonov himself told Mediazona about this.

According to Sulaimonov, he worked as an orderly for two and a half months at the City Clinical Hospital No. 67, organized on the basis of the Krylatskoye Ice Palace.

The day before, a young man took a photo with a flashlight in the “red zone.” He posted this photo on his Twitter and sent it to Sota Vision. In addition, Sulaimonov’s post appeared on Meduza’s social networks.

“After that, apparently, someone from higher authorities saw this photo, and they quickly found me. I was told that I would have a conversation with the head nurse, but the conversation never happened. The manager came in the morning and said that you were being fired,” said Sulaimonov.

The young man noted that he worked as an orderly in a Covid hospital unofficially; he was hired by an outsourcing company. “They just told me: “Get your things on the way out.” And that’s all,” added Sulaimonov.

In turn, the head physician of Hospital No. 67, to which the hospital belongs, Andrei Skoda, told Podem that the clinic was not involved in the incident.

“We don’t have such an employee on our staff. We are not in an employment relationship with him. The employer for whom he works is responsible for him,” Skoda said.

On February 14, cities from the Far East to central Russia held the “Love is Stronger than Fear” campaign, announced by the head of the headquarters of politician Alexei Navalny, Leonid Volkov. The protesters went out into the yard with flashlights on.
