In Kurgan, the coordinator of Navalny's headquarters became a suspect in a criminal case

In Kurgan, the coordinator of Navalny's headquarters, Alexei Schwartz, was taken to the UK for interrogation in a criminal case as a suspect. This was reported on the twitter of the headquarters.

We are talking about the case of violation of the secrecy of correspondence (Article 138 of the Criminal Code), which was initiated because of the video of Navalny's headquarters. It published records of telephone conversations of people coordinating their actions to achieve the desired results in voting on amendments to the Constitution. According to Navalny's headquarters, the voices on the recordings belong to high-ranking officials of the Kurgan region.

• In November 2020, a criminal case was opened against Aleksey Shvarts on military service evasion (Article 328 of the Criminal Code). The activist himself stated that he had a disease incompatible with the service. At the same time, Schwartz noted that he regularly visited the draft board on subpoenas and never shied away from appearing.
