The Trinity court of Moscow fined 10 thousand rubles to the artist Angelina Aganin for a campaign with gold ruffs and an icon with the image of Vladimir Putin. She told MBH Media about this.
Aganin was found guilty of participating in an unauthorized action (part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). “I had an explanation that I was a large mother, and the picture is not a subject of agitation, but an object of art. And the rook with ruffs is also not the subject of agitation. As I understand it, everyone took into account, they wrote me a fine of 10 thousand rubles, the minimum, ”she said.
Aganina said that she would collect funds to pay for a fine with the help of donations and does not yet know whether the court decision would appeal.
Earlier, Aganina held a promotion at the Center for Temporary Contents of Foreign Citizens (TsVSIG) Sakharovo, where journalists gathered to meet the chief credit of the Mediazons Sergey Smirnov.
Aganina brought to the tsvsig an icon with the image of Vladimir Putin, a coffin and gold ruffs instead of mourning flowers. The activist read the psalm, used in the Orthodox tradition to expel evil spirits. After that, police officers came to her home and drew up a protocol.
