A new criminal case has been opened in Moscow under the article on the use of violence against an OMON officer (Article 318 of the Criminal Code) in the wake of the January 31 rally in support of Navalny. This is reported by the publication "Echo of Moscow".

The name of the suspect is not yet known. He was born in 1977 and is a member of the precinct election commission, Ekho reports the words of Yulia Ivanov, senior assistant to the head of the Moscow Central Committee of the Investigative Committee.
