To make a transfer using Siri, you need to say "Hey Siri" and ask to transfer a certain amount through VTB to any person from the smartphone's address book. If the user already has permission to call VTB Online from Siri, then the mobile application will automatically open for him. The client needs to go through identification in VTB Online, after which he will immediately see a screen for transfer with the already specified amount and the recipient's bank (if necessary, they can be changed). Then it remains only to send money.
People with disabilities will also be able to transfer money by phone number via Siri. To do this, you need to go to your phone settings and turn on VoiceOver, and then ask Siri to complete the operation.
“Our strategic goal is to make the money transfer service as convenient as possible, including with the help of voice assistants. Today, almost a third of VTB Online users have this option. Communicating with a voice assistant is easier and faster than typing on a smartphone. It is reliable and safe: the transfer takes place with mandatory authorization and confirmation in VTB Online. In addition, this service is the future, because in the near future VTB Online will introduce a voice assistant for carrying out the usual routine customer operations by voice,” comments Nikita Chugunov, Senior Vice President of VTB, Head of the Digital Business Department.
Users with iOS devices also have access to widgets with selected operations in VTB Online, such as transfers by phone number, mobile phone payments, and scanning a QR code. To install the widget on the smartphone screen, the client needs to press and hold an empty area on the Home screen until he enters the application editing mode. Next, you need to click the "Add" button in the upper left corner, select the VTB Online widget and click the "Add Widget" button.
New features appeared in version 15.4 of the application. To transfer money through the Siri voice assistant, the user must allow Siri access to the data of the VTB Online mobile application.
