Hospital in LenExpo completes the work

The last pavilion of the Provisional Hospital in LenExpo stopped taking patients with coronavirus, its work was completed. This was announced by the Health Committee of St. Petersburg.

The staff from LenExpo returned to work on the main platforms of the hospital for war veterans: on Narodnaya and Old Russian streets. All beds converted to the reception of patients in a temporary hospital are transferred to the reserve.

According to the information certificate of counteracting the epidemic, by February 24, 7.5 thousand beds for patients with coronavirus and pneumonia are preserved in St. Petersburg, of which 2428 seats are free, which is 31.3 %. In December, about 11 thousand beds were deployed in the city.
