The Sibantracite group and Baososteel Resources Int. Co. LTD (the subsidiary of China Baowu Steel Group Corporation Limited, which is engaged in the procurement of raw materials) signed an agreement on strategic partnership.

According to the terms of the agreement, the Sibantracite group will intensively increase its products to the Chinese company - PCI, high -quality anthracite, etc. The largest volume will have to be the most PCI Siban - a new brand of metallurgical coal produced by the Russian company since last year.

At the moment, the Sibantracite group is the only Russian company with a strategic partnership agreement with the China Baowu Steel Group.

The signing of the agreement took place at the China Baowu Steel Group in Shanghai. Signatures under the document were set by the General Director of BaosOsteel Resources, Zhu Jiachun and the official representative of the Sibantracite group in China, David Jong.
