The 73-year-old Tamara Golovkin from Novosibirsk was awarded for 55 years of work with a diploma and a twig of chrysanthemum. The awarding ceremony of former clinic employees No. 18 timed up to the anniversary of the institution, the NGS reports with reference to Golovkin.
“The administration gave a letter“ for many years of and conscientious work in the healthcare system ”. The clinic of our 35 years has turned, we were invited to the Ceremony in the administration of the Leninsky district - there was a former head physician, Alla Yanovich, and the Deputy Minister of Health of the region Elena Aksenova, ”the pensioner said. - In general, I have 55 years of experience, that is, I worked here for 35 years, and before that - in the clinic No. 14. And so, besides this cardboard - gratitude - yes chrysanthemum, they did not hand me anything. I don’t know why so. I don’t need anything anymore, it’s just a shame that such gratitude. ”
According to her daughter Golovkina Inna Slavkina, the woman quit the clinic due to heavy loads during the ARVI and vaccination period.
“Of course, we were preparing a little for another ceremony. They thought it would be completely different. Such a huge work experience, so much was done by her - my mother is a veteran of labor. <...> Well, it was possible to do everything humanly, a speech, for example, to provide mom. Mom was preparing for her. Or at least hand a bouquet of roses, and not a chrysanthemum branch. But in the end nothing. Shame and humiliation this ceremony, ”said Slavkina.
The pensioner’s daughter emphasized that she did not receive a single complaint during her work and coped with his duties well, even when she granted 100-150 people a day. After the ceremony, the woman "cried all evening."
“Over 55 years of work, I think, it is necessary and worthy to thank. And here what do we see? Spit attitudes. At least a certificate was given some or household appliances worth 5-6 thousand. Or a reward, although I understand that she, in fact, gives nothing. But there should be more some moral and psychological satisfaction, ”said the son of Golovkina Edward. “I don’t want it to look like some kind of petition or complaint, but somehow it’s wrong to reward a person for half a century of continuous and excellent work with one letter.”
Tatyana Pepelyaeva, head physician of the clinic No. 18, clarified that the award initiative belonged to the institution itself, and he did not have “funds for some gifts”.
