A resident of Khakassia was convicted of seven -year violence against foster daughters

A resident of Khakassia for seven years raped adopted daughters and threatened them with a murder. He was condemned for 21 years.

In the Askiz district of Khakassia, a man was convicted of violence against adoptive children, the press service of the IC in the republic said. He was found guilty of the commission of 50 episodes of crimes under paragraph “b” of part 4 of Art. 132, p. "B" of part 4 of Art. 131, paragraph "a" part 3 of Art. 132, paragraph "a" part 3 of Art. 131, part 1 of Art. 132, and part 1 of Art. 131 of the Criminal Code.

The investigation and the court found that from December 2012 to July 2019, a man in his apartment raped nine-year-old and 12-year-old girls who were under the care of his wife. He also threatened them with murder.

“During the investigation, the attacker fully admitted his guilt in committed crimes. The court sentenced the defendant a sentence of 21 years in prison with serving in a penal colony of strict regime with restriction of liberty for a period of 2 years, ”the department said.

The court also partially satisfied the claim of the victim of the recovery of 500 thousand rubles of compensation for non -pecuniary damage in favor of each of the victims.
