89-year-old Novosibirsk died of coronavirus

Eight Novosibirsk died from coronavirus per day. More than 35.8 thousand people infected the region.

“Eight more patients died: men aged 55, 86, 87 years old and women aged 45, 68, 76, 83, 89 years old. In total, 1,444 people died in the region from Koronavirus, ”the Novosibirsk Region said in the operational headquarters on March 1.

Another 94 patients are in intensive care. On the apparatus of artificial ventilation of the lungs, 16 people remain.

111 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed per day. The total official number of cases reached 35860, 32885 people were discharged.

In the hospitals of the region there is 2012 Novosibirstsev with a suspicion of coronavirus or an already confirmed diagnosis. Among them are 25 children.

More than 2.2 thousand inhabitants fell under medical supervision.

Real mortality from coronavirus in the region, as Taiga.info wrote , can be much higher. Only in April-December, according to Rosstat, 2185 people died directly from the Covid-19, and another 706 from the accompanying diseases, the coronavirus had a significant impact on the course of part of these cases.
