Land plots in the suburbs for the year have risen in price by 20%

The average cost of the lands of land for individual housing construction (IZHS) in the Moscow region increased by 20%over the year. This was reported in the company "NDV Supermarket Real Estate".

Previously, the interest of buyers in land plots was associated with the pandemia of the coronavirus - the townspeople interested the possibility of buying land for IZHS due to quarantine and the closure of borders.

According to the NDV, the most expensive areas are now sold on the Rublevo-Uspensky highway, where the lands of land costs about 89.3 million rubles. The cheapest areas are offered in the southeast and east of the Moscow region, where the average cost of a hundredth is now 60 thousand rubles.

Recall that in mid -February it was reported that the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation intends to develop a mechanism by the summer of 2021, which will allow you to issue a mortgage for private houses for all current preferential programs. This was stated by the deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation Nikita Stasishin.

"We promise you that until the middle of the year we will develop a mechanism that will make it possible to issue a mortgage for all preferential programs at the construction stage for IZHS, including a wooden IZHS in any of its own execution. And this will give exactly an explosive vector in the development of all housing construction," Stasishin said then.

The official also said that the Ministry of Construction, together with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the State Pacific "Dom.rf" plans to create a register of effective projects of individual housing construction. “This will enable the bank to clearly, accurately assess the real cost, what volume of materials, what kind, what kind of technology is used. And exactly to this volume to issue a mortgage, close to a market [mortgage rate], and better at the rate of subsidized,” Stasishin noted.
