On January 19, Kirill Zhukov was transferred from correctional colony No. 13 of the Sverdlovsk Region.
During the dispersal of the protest action on July 27, 2019 in Moscow, Zhukov tried to lift the visor of the National Guardsman, which allegedly caused him physical pain.
