Karim Yamadaev from Naberezhnye Chelny first arranged promotions with mannequins and fake tombstones of Putin, and then decided to remove the web series about the "Judge Gramm", which judges officials and security forces. Yamadaev was in a pre -trial detention center after the release of the first series - in it he sentenced the death execution of the actors with the signs "Dmitry Peskov" and "Igor Sechin". Today, the Central District Military Court in Samara sentenced the activist to a fine of 510 thousand rubles - taking into account the time spent by the activist in jail, the final fine amounted to 300 thousand rubles.

On the morning of January 20, 2019, two mannequins appeared in Naberezhnye Chelny near the 105 Shuteres shopping center. One of them was dressed in a prisoner robe with a sign “Anna Pavlikova” - the name of the “ new greatness” of the activist in the case of the “new greatness” - the second is a classic black suit with a red tie. The inscription "Vladimir Putin" was attached to this mannequin.

“On the lower part of the composition there are three mannequins that imitate the severed parts of the human body, with the image of persons and inscriptions the monument“ victims of political repressions ”,“ Yuri Shchekochikhin ”,“ Sergey Magnitsky ”,“ Anna Politkovskaya ”, in the protocol that arrived by the police officers.

The 37-year-old resident of Naberezhnye Chelny Karim Yamadaev installed this installation. In the past-Valery Stenkin, who replaced the name, surname and patronymic because he told loved ones, unwillingness to associate with an alcoholic father. The surname Yamadaev, according to the memoirs of his girlfriend, chose because "some kind of surname bore this surname."

Naberezhnye Chelninsky City Court of Yamadaev for 8 days. In court, the activist said that in this way he tried to express his disagreement with the policy of Vladimir Putin, during the presidency of which "many political figures were persecuted."

Already in March, Yamadaev again installed installation, this time-behind the building of the Investigative Department of the SK, a tombstone appeared with the inscription “Putin Vladimir Vladimirovich 1952-2019” and a cemetery fence. Thus, according to the activist, he protested against the law on “fake news”. This time, the court of Yamadaev is already 28 days.

After this action, other activists began to establish the tombstones of Putin throughout Russia. And Yamadaev, who returned from the day, according to his lawyer Vladimir Krasikov from Agora, found that the shopping center, in which the activist was engaged in the repair of keys, terminated the lease agreement with him. He could not find a new premises for the workshop - the security service was not undergoing anywhere. Then, Yamadaev himself later told the investigators, he had the idea to remove the web series and earn money on the sale of advertising in YouTube. With the last money, he bought a video camera, a simple props and thought out the script. The series was to be called “Judge Gramm” (by analogy with “Judge Dredd” ).

Yamadaev was carefully prepared, the materials of the already criminal case said: he started the PayPal electronic wallet and a bitcoin wallet, studied the methods of monetizing content, and even googled such things as “condominum in Mijami”, “as a blogger to move to the USA” and “political asylum in England”. In the activist’s computer, the “Plan” file found on the computer, it is assumed that the second series will be devoted to the trial of the Gennady Timchenko and Irina Yarova, the third - over Valentina Matvienko, Yuri Chaika and Vyacheslav Volodin. The fourth was supposed to be called the “execution of the royal family” and narrate the trial of Putin, his wife, two daughters and his mistress.

In total, Yamadaev planned to shoot 3049 episodes of the web series, but only the first managed to get out before his detention. The description of the video published on December 29, 2019 says that at the end of 2021, “corruption in the highest authorities of the country reached its climax” - this “resulted in a civilian uprising, as a result of which the power, mired in corruption, was overthrown.” The right to judge the former security forces and officials “with the help of cruel methods and techniques of inquiry” endowed the judge of Gramm, to whom not one of the laws existing on the planet spread. ”

At the beginning of this 8-minute video, a sheet of paper with the text is spent in front of the camera: “The author’s and casting composition of the web series is a creative team of people united exclusively by the artistic idea and do not pursue the goal of promotion of violence or inciting hatred of any social group.” The disclaimer ends with the assurance that all events are fictitious, and the coincidences of names and positions are random.

Two people appear in the frame on their knees with bags on their heads and handcuffs. Behind them is a male mannequin dressed in pajama pants and a black jacket. The actors hang the signs “Dmitry Peskov” and “Igor Sechin”, on the mannequin - “Vladimir Putin”.

The frame includes Karim Yamadaev himself in the mantle of the judge, he gets up to the table and begins to read out the verdict: “Peskov claims that he was in the public service, as a result of which he was forced to fulfill the direct orders of Vladimir Putin, as a result of which tremendous damage was caused to the interests of civil society and the state.”

According to him, the defendant is accused of corruption and violation of the rights of citizens and has already fully pleaded guilty. Despite this, Judge Gramm says Peskov for the death penalty, and his relatives and friends - for life imprisonment. All the money of the defendants, says the actor, must be distributed between the Russians. After that, the judge picks up the toy gun and takes the convicted person from the frame. The automatic queue sounds.

After that, a similar scene with Sechin should be, but his judge leaves to execute with an ax (and returns with an object that imitates a chopped head). The series ends on this.

The video in the VKontakte group “Chelny is in the know”, where he was noticed by the operatives of the ED center. On December 30, they compiled a report, on the same day a psychological linguistic study was launched, which ended the very next day.

The study was conducted by two employees of the Naberezhnychelninsky Institute - candidate of philological sciences Maryam Bakirova and psychologist Olga Nurgatova. They came to the conclusion that the video cannot be called “science fiction”, since the names and positions of the “defendants” in it are real, and he himself was aimed at public insulting representatives of the authorities: the president and his spokeswoman. According to experts, this was manifested in the fact that the author portrayed the president a criminal and "attributed to Putin the tendentially selected, perverted, fictional facts."

After this study, the case was opened under Article 319 of the Criminal Code (insulting a representative of the authorities). On January 3, 2020, Yamadayev and his relatives were searched with the seizure of all equipment. The activist himself was interrogated and at first released the obligation of the turnout. But a week later, on January 11, the second case has already been opened against him - now about calls for terrorism on the Internet (part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code). On the same day he was detained and sent to a pre -trial detention center.

From February to March, the same Bagirov and Nurgatov have already made an examination of a video with Judge Gramm, which is practically not different in content from the study. This time, the main conclusion was the answer to the investigator’s question about whether it was contained in the video “linguistic and psychological signs of justification of the ideology of violence and/or destructive actions”. Experts answered in the affirmative, since the defendants were executed in the video, and the sentence issued by him justified this decision.

During the investigation and court, Karim Yamadaev refused to admit guilt, but did not deny that it was he who invented and shot the video. The activist insisted that the video was not related to reality and was shot exclusively for commercial purposes.

“The series itself is a feature film, all the actions of the series take place in 2022, the genre series is fantastic - a comedy with black humor (action movie, crime). The series cannot serve as a call to carry out illegal actions. This web series is a business project and has been shot exclusively for commercial use. He did not intend to shoot this web series to offend someone, humiliate or call for any illegal actions, which was placed about at the very beginning of the web series, ”the protocol of Yamadayev’s interrogation said.

In September 2020, in Samara, the College of Judges of the Central District Military Court began to consider the case of Yamadayev. Six months later, in February 2021, the prosecutor asked the activist to be sentenced to 6 years 7 months in prison under an article on terrorism and nine months of correctional labor under an article on insulting power. By that time, the video “Judge Gramm” gained more than 90 thousand views on YouTube.

As a result, the three judges, under the chairmanship of Igor Belkin, sentenced the activist to a fine of 500 thousand rubles under the article on the promotion of terrorism and 30 thousand rubles - under the article on insulting a representative of the authorities, the project of the Agora “network freedom” said (taking into account the peculiarities of addition of punishment, the amount amounted to 510 thousand). At the same time, the court took into account the time spent by the activist in the pre -trial detention center, so the final fine amounted to 300 thousand rubles. Yamadaev was also banned to administer sites for a period of 2.5 years. The activist was released right in the courtroom.
