The comrade -in -arms of Alexei Navalny Lyubov Sobol on the eve of the election became the accused in two criminal cases. One of them - “sanitary business” - was excited after a wave of protests and concerns several oppositionists who allegedly called for a violation of coronavirus quarantine. The second was instructions individually for sable: she is accused of penetrating the apartment of the Ephesus and the possible poisoner of Navalny. The investigation of the case has already been completed: the “Mediazona” says why investigators seized the opposition shoes and how they hacked the iPhone of its operator, and also why the Ephesus’s mother -in -law removed the door of the eyes.

“Imagine the situation: some crazy minute that seemed eternity repeats the same phrase to the person who went to the porch in the porch to pick up his order from the courier,” Galina Subbotina recalls the morning of December 21, 2020.

Galina Vasilievna owes attention to herself to her son -in -law - a person who was also called a member of the group of FSB officers responsible for the poisoning of oppositionist Alexei Navalny.

In the investigation, published on December 14, several special services employees were mentioned at once, each of them was discussed very briefly. Immediately before the simultaneous publication of the investigation, Navalny and the journalists tried to contact the heroes of the material, but almost did not achieve any intelligible answers-the CNN shots were famous, on which the correspondent of the American channel asks Oleg Tayakin “Is this your team poisoned Navalny?”, And the bald man closes the door to the apartment.

Navalny showed in the video how in the early morning he phoned Kudryavtsev, pretending to be an assistant to the Secretary of the Council of People's Commissars Nikolai Patrushev, and asked the authorities to explain to the authorities why the poisoning could not be finalized.

The interlocutor, stunned by the assertiveness of Ustinov Maxim Sergeyevich, for 45 minutes set forth his version of what happened in Tomsk and called the place of application of a poisonous substance - gulfs of Navalny Trusov. This conversation was not published along with the investigation, but a week later, at 15:00 on December 21-then the FSB officer overtook real glory.

In the morning, before publishing in the apartment where Kudryavtsev was registered, Lyubol Sobol's ally of Navalny tried to get out. She wanted to take a comment from the chemist, and in the end she became in the criminal case of violation of the inviolability of the dwelling using violence. The investigation believes that she decided to get into the apartment “in order to popularize her personality and increase attention to her public resources” on the Internet.

Glaze, mask and pizza

If you believe the materials of the criminal case, Lyubov Sobol made three attempts to penetrate Kudryavtsev’s home - and only the latter turned out to be relatively successful.

At about eight in the morning, Sobol, along with the operator Abdulkerim Abdulkerimov, climbed to the fourth floor of the house along Suzdal Street in the hope of catching Kudryavtsev. They stopped in front of the door of the vestibule of apartments 37 and 38, and pressed the bell.

Subbotina later told the police: looking into the peephole, she realized that he was healed with something like chewing gum, and decided not to open the door-on the contrary, she was alarmed and checked whether the doors were locked. Subsequently, investigators will remove the eye, send it for examination and find traces of Abdulkerimov DNA on it.

The second time, according to the documents, someone stood at the door of the apartment after about four hours, about noon. According to Irina Kudryavtseva, the wife of an FSB officer, this time they called the intercom: the woman heard the word "Rospotrebnadzor" and the button opened the door to the entrance. Then she saw the figures in protective suits and masks in the eye, but the visitors did not say anything, and did not open Kudryavtsev to them; People are gone.

The investigation will later find records from the intercom’s camera, which shows how Sobol and its satellite go into the entrance to overalls-probably because of this episode, the Investigative Committee will later announce that the opposition “illegally used Rospotrebnadzor”.

Finally, the third attempt came out the most saturated with events: if so far the sable only reached the vestibule door in front of the apartments, now she managed to get inside. From the documents, Sobol knew that Kudryavtsev was registered in apartment No. 38, but did not know that he also belonged to the next room - an FSB officer shortly after the poisoning of Navalny bought another apartment, a one -room. The Kudryavtsev family settled in both, planning to unite them.

In the new apartment there was a repair and some things were stored, and in the neighboring, large, four lived a chemist from the FSB, his wife, son and mother-in-law. Sable, already without the operator, met the courier Vladislav Nikiforov on the ground floor. He was driving Kudryavtsev pizza from the Pronto restaurant. Sobol asked if the order was intended for apartment No. 38 - the courier was surprised and replied that it was there.

“She said that her husband stole her child and does not allow her to meet with him, making a sad expression on her face, she asked if she could go up to the apartment with me, I didn’t mind and we went into the elevator,” Nikiforov recalled in his testimony. - The girl who rose with me began to tell Galina Vasilievna [Subbotina] that she needed to talk with Konstantin, asked several times and persistently. ”

Then there are events captured in the video posted in the anonymous telegram channel “Comrade Major”, regularly publishing the plums of the security forces. The sable is bickering with an elderly woman in a jacket and a T -shirt with the inscription Sweety Sweet and demands to give her "talk to Konstantin." She eventually gives up and passes the visitor inside the apartment No. 37: Sobol inspects a one -room dwelling where the repair is carried out, it is convinced that the FSB officer is not hiding there, and leaves.

On January 20, the investigator Valery Bashaeva instructs to find out who published a video of the sable in the Channel Major channel. Six days later, a report lies on her table signed by Lieutenant Colonel of the criminal investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Sergey Dzasseev: to install the owner of the channel “was not possible”.

The courier went outside and informed his colleagues that he had handed over the order. At 14:51, the mother -in -law Kudryavtseva called the police - ten minutes before the publication of the recording of Navalny’s conversation with a chemist, who will gain over 25 million views on YouTube .

The district police officer arrived at Subbotina, took explanations and returned to the police department. Soon his boss “information” will be “information” that the Visiter Subbotina is in a car parked at the house No. 38.

The district police officer Peter Tyulyakov returned to the courtyard of the house along Suzdal Street. From this moment, a many -hour siege of a car from Sobol began: the police arrived in the courtyard, they were on duty near the car and pushed journalists in the dark.

The oppositionist will be fired from the car to the car carrier, from where they will be taken to the police department, from which they will be released at night with the protocol under the article on disobedience to the police. Abdulkerim Abdulkerimov and Olga Klyunikov from the FBK will be arrested for seven days that were arrested for seven days.

That night, the police began a pre -investigation check under an article on the inviolability of the dwelling. In the early morning of December 25, the security forces burst home to sable, searched and took the opposition for interrogation. Two days later, she was released, unsuccessfully trying to take a recognizance not to leave.

The mother -in -law of the FSB officer changed testimony several times, whether her physical harm was caused to her, but in the end she was assured that yes: Subbotin presented the investigation with a medical diagnosis with the “squeezing of the soft tissues of the left forearm” as a result of “the use of violence” by sable.

Soon the opposition was sent under house arrest among the accused software.

Owner on a business trip

The criminal case on the penetration of the FSB officer in two months was brought to the court with an impressive volume of materials: four volumes, two hundred pages each with the results of 16 different examinations: biological, physicochemical, dactyloscopic and others.

Six investigators were engaged in investigation, four of them - in particularly important matters. Leaded by the investigative group Valery Bashaeva, known by software.

At the same time, it was not possible to interrogate Konstantin Kudryavtsev himself: he was not only not recognized as the victims in the case of penetration into his own apartment, but does not even go through a witness. “Conducted by operational-search measures to establish the location of Kudryavtsev K. B. was not possible,” the investigator records.

The wife of the chemist and her mother told the investigators that he had not appeared at home for several months, since he was “on a working business trip” and there was no connection with him. In a conversation with Navalny, a person presented by Kudryavtsev, a week before the visit, Sobol says that he is “at home on the quarantine”, and his mother -in -law Subbotin after the opposition, calling the police, also mentioned the quarantine - despite this, she met with the courier and police, and also went out to the street to identify the sable sitting in the car.

Apartment No. 38, in which Kudryavtsevs live for several years, was recorded on the mother -in -law of a chemist, his wife and child. In February, “Open Media” noticed that in the extract of Rosreestr the name of the wife Kudryavtsev was replaced by the “Russian Federation”.

The neighboring one-room 37th apartment fully belongs directly to Konstantin Kudryavtsev, he bought it for 7 million rubles in October-two months after the poisoning of Navalny and two months before the visit of the sable. Less than a week after the purchase of Kudryavtsev, he transferred this apartment to the mother -in -law for free use.

Both apartments - one dwelling, told Subbotin to investigators during interrogation, but clarified that the apartments are not yet united legally: “At present, we are still preparing documents for official permission.” “Preparation of documents” was a sufficient reason for the investigation, so as not to recognize the victims of Kudryavtsev, who transferred housing for use mother -in -law.

“Kudryavtsev had to be interrogated at least formally, because he is the owner of the 37th apartment, suddenly he gave the consent of Sable. And he was not even formally interrogated, ”complains lawyer Vladimir Voronin. - All this is made for a television picture: sable against an elderly woman and woman with a child, and not against the poisoner of Kudryavtsev. Although the son and wife Kudryavtsev did not know Sobol, and she did not need them, she wanted to ask questions to the poisoner himself. But he is hiding behind women. ”

Investigative smears

One of the reasons for the examinations was coronavirus. Sobol Klyobnikov and Abdulkerimi satellites, detained on that day, go through the case with witnesses. When they were serving administrative arrest, they were taken to the Investigative Committee for interrogation.

“After interrogation in the UK, we and Abdulkerimov were taken to the same car that was brought. We waited a long time, apparently, while our lawyer leaves the UK, then we were led back to the Committee to take DNA tests. We refused in writing, then the investigators invited an employee of Rospotrebnadzor with PCR tests, demanded to pass the test, supposedly to make sure that we are healthy so that we can be returned back to the special receiver, ”says Klyuchnikova. - We rested for a long time, investigators invited witnesses, the case was approaching the night. As a result, we still handed over the PCR and we were taken to a special -reception. They used this PCR as samples of our DNA in a criminal case to violate the inviolability of the home. ”

Experts discovered Abdulkerimov’s DNA on the door eye, which, according to the victims, was sealed with chewing gum. There are two examinations in the case, according to which Klyunikova’s fingerprints coincide with the traces left in the apartment, although no one claims that she was there at all.

The sable did not take the PCR test in such conditions, because “it is obvious that it was a wiring,” says the lawyer Voronin: the analysis would immediately be designed and seized in favor of the investigation.

“At some point, we had a break between investigative actions, we went out into the street. Then they came, and in the office where investigative actions took place, there is a man, all, in the respirator. And he says that the sable must be handed over to the PCR test, ”says the defender.

Having not received a test for coronavirus from the sable, the investigators decided to get a sample of its DNA in another way: to remove her shoes.

“The seizure procedure itself is formally legal: they considered it necessary to remove the boot from Lyuba - they seized them. No matter how stupid it looks, ”explains Voronin and recalls the case with businessman Albert Khudoyan, who seized his shirt last summer when he refused to provide his own biomaterials for examination.

However, the shirt of Khudoyan also has a literal parallel in the current business: to remove DNA samples, winter boots, a medical mask and two bottles of water were seized from sable. In the apartment of Kudryavtsev, for the same purpose, the door of the eye was removed and the door handle was removed.

Investigative crackers

The investigation paid special attention to the phones of the detainees. On December 25, the investigator SK Utigenova examined the iPhone, Xiaomi phone and a laptop with cartoon stickers seized during the search - apparently, the computer seized in the apartment of her six -year -old daughter. All devices were packaged; The investigation was not interested in the laptop, but she decided to open the phones.

On December 25, investigator Bashayeva writes in the technical and forensic department of the Moscow SK with a request for “practical assistance”: to select data from both phones “using the Assistance device of the executive study of the UFED ”.

UFED is the name of the Cellebrite Israeli Development Family, which sells the programs and devices for hacking the protection of blocked devices. The company's name regularly appears in the news because it declares the possibilities for hacking as iPhones. The company is often criticized for the sale of technologies to countries that are not distinguished by respect for human rights.

Soon, a response to the Israeli firm has a question of the Bashaeva forensic control department in doubt: “At present, the UFED 4PC hardware and software complex (version 7.40) is not possible to extract information, since the above mobile phones are blocked by password.” Version 7.40, which was used in the UK, was relevant: renewal 7.42 was released only at the end of January.

The investigation does not stop there and recalls that the “friendly relations with the suspect of Sable and who was on 12/21/2020 with her” Abdulkerimov, who was serving at that time, was arrested in the special receiver, was the iPhone 11 Pro with him. Bashaeva writes that the phone could be stored “videos that fix the illegal actions of the suspect,” and decides to open it.

The iPhone Abdulkerimov is removed from the special receiver and directed to forensics, but this time they are not immediately connected to the UFED machine, but they decide to first "carry out operational-search measures aimed at establishing a password." The six -digit digital code from the iPhone is set in the day - the method is not specified.

The phone is connected to the UFED. With the code entered code, it is still possible to copy the data: photo and video. One of the videos - with a woman’s conversation in a shirt from a video with a person who is like the investigator Bellingcat Khrista Grozev - is viewed, but they conclude that it “is not of interest to the investigation”. The remaining files are not studied as part of the case.

On January 14, Love Sobol in her video said that the phone of Abdulkerimov was not returned when leaving the special reception. After the arrest, Olga Klyuchnikova received her iPhone, but with traces of autopsy. The Technical Director of Navalny Live Daniel Cold in the video dismantled the device and showed that they made changes to the battery block of two connected cells: the cells were produced several millimeters further from each other, and there were a kind of chip between them. It was not possible to establish a bug, whose task is not completely clear, without consequences: in addition to external traces of the autopsy in the iPhone, spoons of conversational speaker and Face ID were interrupted.

In December, there were reports in the world press that Cellebrite learned to hack the encryption of Signal's safe messenger. The messages turned out to be incorrect: Cellebrite only published a post on the blog about the disposal of data from the broken phone, and the journalists presented it as a hack. The developers of the messenger did not miss the chance to laugh at the “rather embarrassing” publication for the company, whose development can only be described as “mediocre corporate software”.

Любовь Соболь стала обвиняемой по двум уголовным делам, но продолжает готовиться к выборам в Госдуму: судимость по «санитарному делу» и по делу о проникновении в квартиру, если оппозиционерка останется на свободе, не запрещает ей баллотироваться — это преступления небольшой тяжести.

Свидетельница по делу с квартирой Ключникова — глава предвыборного штаба Соболь. Она рассказывает, что продолжается работа с муниципальными депутатами и волонтерами: жителям рассказывают о кандидате, в более активную фазу планируется перейти с потеплением.

«Пока Люба находится на домашнем аресте, мы не заканчивали кампанию вести, потому что дело легкой тяжести, она имеет право баллотироваться в депутаты и делать какие-то вещи через адвокатов, — рассказывает Ключникова. — Мы понимаем, что в 2021 году многие кандидаты будут находиться не на воле или не в России, и им так и придется вести кампанию — будем устраивать встречи, возможно, без Любы. То есть она не может записать видео, не может выходить на улицы, но у нас есть большая команда, которая может это делать».

С ее слов, уже нашлись около десяти тысяч людей, которые готовы как-то помогать кампании, а после заключения Навального и домашнего ареста Соболь сторонников стало больше. «Ребята обучаются тому, что их ждет летом этого года, мы не ждем, что кампания будет простой и не думаем, что нам не будут противостоять, как и всем остальным свободным кандидатам», — заключает она.
