About how the Omsk police opened the murder

In July 2019, the Omsk police in one day (!) Managed to reveal a serious crime - the murder of the driver of the minibus Alexei Chernyshov. The killer was oppositionist Vadim Ostapov, better known as the Omsk Mimino ( our recently passed away correspondent in Omsk, Georgy Borodyansky, told this story this story. - Ed .). This plot went around all the federal channels and settled on the Internet for a long time.

Fragments of the video were included in the material, where Vadim Ostapov was recognized in the murder. This “recognition” has become the main argument of the investigation: why develop other versions if the killer has already repented?

True, it looked somewhat strange: the operative asked Vadim questions, and he nodded uncertainly and muttered something under his breath.

The investigation lasted more than a year, and only in September 2020 was the case to court. On March 9, 2021, Vadim Ostapov must be sentenced. But two weeks before the court’s decision, NTV journalists, who announced the whole country, that Vadim Ostapov, a murderer-recidivist, recently, will be sentenced by the court will be sentenced by the court to 15 years in prison.

The Enteves first told how Ostapov allegedly broke the skull in six places, and then showed a fragment of “recognition”, where the accused demonstrates how he takes out a tip from the bag and shoots at random in Chernyshov (two different ways to kill the same person in one short report).

But neither on this cutting, nor in the cabin of the minibus, no prints or other biological traces of Ostapov were found. Moreover, neither in the hands, nor on Ostapov’s hair, nor in the cabin of the minibus where the corpse was discovered, the experts did not find traces of gunpowder. That is, it is logical to assume that Chernyshov was killed in another place, and he was dragged into the cabin already dead. Moreover, there were no characteristic damage on the back of the deceased, and there was no blood on the walls of the microbus cabin at all, it was only on the clothes of the murdered and on the floor. By the way, in the conclusion of the forensic expert it is indicated that the blows on the head were inflicted by different people, that is, there were at least two killers. But no one thought of looking for a “accomplice”.

The version that Chernyshov was not killed in the car and not Ostapov is confirmed by the fact that in his “recognition” there is no question of any shock on the head: he shot at random - and killed! But the fact is that on July 12, when this “recognition” was recorded, the forensic medical examination was not yet ready, and the operatives themselves did not know exactly how Chernyshov was killed. Therefore, apparently, Vadim was taught incorrectly.

In the video, it is clearly visible that Vadim is “recognized” by the learned text. Why did he do it?

Vadim told the court that on the night of July 11 to 12, several operatives from Omsk came to his camera and threatened to “deal with the family” if he did not admit the murder.

He was then very scared for his wife and a young son.

And how was this crime committed according to the investigation?

On the evening of July 9, 2019, Vadim Ostapov came to Alexei Chernyshov and asked him for a car battery. He rummaged in the barn and found the battery. In gratitude, Ostapov lit up Chernyshov in the eye and kicked into the groin (experts are sure that these bodily injuries were inflicted on Chernyshov at least 12–20 hours before his death, the investigation and the state prosecutor claim that Vadim Ostapov inflicted them). Chernyshov did not climb into the fight, although Ostapov’s weight - about 60 kg, Chernyshov - more than 90. Having taken the battery, Ostapov went home.

According to the investigation, the next morning, on July 10, the accused Ostapov in gloves and with a huge package in his hands appeared to Chernyshov, who was supposed to go on the route in his minibus at 6:10 (the investigation found that Chernoshov was moving exactly along his route, without stopping for anyone). Ostapov climbed into the cab; Between himself and the driver, he laid a package with a cut.

When they turned onto the track, Vadim took out a sawn -off shotgun from the bag and ordered: “Wait! I will shoot! " At 6 hours 19 minutes 20 seconds, the driver stopped. But Ostapov did not shoot. Instead, he twice broke his head twice with an “unidentified object”. Then he climbed out of the cabin, opened the passenger door, climbed there - and stained Chernyshov with the same “unidentified object” on the back of the back. He got out, walked around the Ford around, opened the driver's door - and hit the driver on the left side a couple of times.

The description looks like complete delirium, but Vadim had not the slightest opportunity to deliver circular blows on the head without leaving the driver's cab. When an investigative experiment was conducted, the statist was able to deliver only two blows: on the right and in the forehead. There is a complete video recording of this experiment. But for some reason, it is written in the protocol that it was this investigative experiment that confirmed the possibility of applying all six strokes right in the Ford Cabinet.

Having broken Chernyshov’s head in six places, Vadim returned to the passenger place and ... shot. All this time, the victim did not even try to resist (Vadim had no bodily harm). After making sure that Chernyshov was dead, Vadim took out a washing vacuum cleaner (we recall that there were no traces of gunpowder, no blood, nor any biological traces of Vadim in the Ford cabin), he was carefully cleaned, washed and went home. He threw a sawn -off shotgun, and the nanoproles and the “unidentified object” took with him.

The investigative experiment showed that it is impossible to go straight through a forest belt - there are very deep swampy ditches, and on the video of this experiment, the statist goes right along the track,

And then it turns into the village of Trubetskoy. We assume that this is how Vadim went, bloodied and dirty. The locals went to work at that time, drove cattle, went to the fields. Many saw a minibus parked on the side of the road. But no one noticed a bloodied person crazy along the highway. And he walked for a long time: almost 5 kilometers from the crime scene to the house of Vadim.

Meanwhile, at 7:39 in the morning, someone called Dead Chernyshov. And he answered! He talked, hung up - and died again. Unfortunately, it was not possible to establish with whom Chernyshov communicated after his death: the court refused the lawyer in this petition.

And the accused suddenly remembered that at 8:00 he was recorded in FAP (feldsher-midwife)! We must have time to change clothes (according to “recognition”, he changed his house at home), wash, ducklings to feed and release neighboring chickens (confirmed by a witness). By eight in the morning, Ostapov was at the door of Fap - five witnesses confirm this.

In general, there are more and more incredible in their absurdity of criminal cases every year.

On October 23, 2020, the Kuzminsky District Court of Moscow sentenced to 13 years of the maximum regime of the Moldovan citizen Sergey a complaint accused of pedophilia. He was stated by two schoolgirls who walked lessons. The mother of one of the girls, not having achieved justice in court, recorded an appeal to the president with a request to release an innocent person. But this did not help, the sentence entered into force.

The young builder Oleg Aksenov from the village of Verbilka of the Taldomsky district, having come to work, found his partner Mustakim Gafurov with bleeding blood. The guy called an ambulance and the police. The police immediately arrested Oleg, an orphan with incomplete secondary education, and accused him of murder.

Everyone has a terrible tragedy of historian Yuri Dmitriev, who was first acquitted, recognizing the complete absurdity of the charges against him, but the court of the next instance sentenced him to 13 years, using the same insolvent speculations.

Obviously, this is not just “errors”. It’s just that the investigation of real crimes is very preventing investigators and operas from doing what they love - to shake money from us, and they are being fabricated to report.
