The Moscow City Court upheld the arrest of a 23-year-old participant in the action on January 31, a native of the Lugansk region (Ukraine), Pavel Grin-Romanov. Grin-Romanov will be held in a pre-trial detention center until at least April 2. According to investigators, a protester sprayed pepper spray in the face of a Russian guard on Komsomolskaya Square.
