The case of the terrorist community of Kansky adolescents fell apart and disclosed

The most serious of the affairs (participation in the terrorist community) was closed with respect to them and the criminal prosecution under this article was terminated for the absence of all three crime in the actions of all three corpus delicti; Behind all the defendants recognized the right to rehabilitation. The editors have a copy of the decision on the termination of the case signed by the deputy head of the investigation department in the Kansky district S. Parkhomenko. The closure of the case was confirmed by parents of the under investigation and lawyers.

Such a crap served as the basis for the appearance of a high -profile case of a terrorist underground in a small Siberian city -

He was excited a week after the end of the linguistic examination. Another foundation, presumably, was the grave silence around the matter, all its oddities and inconsistencies - at that time, mid -November, the parents of the defendants kept silence and bypassed local, Kansky lawyers.

And then Anna Uvarova, the mother of Nikita (he has been in prison for 9 months), spoke.

As Parkhomenko now notes, during the investigation it was found that the degree of organization of a group consisting of three minors “does not have the necessary structurality, there are no units, as well as a clear distribution of functions between participants, therefore

It is not possible to regard the indicated group as a terrorist community. ”

“Analyzing the materials of the case in the aggregate”, the investigation did not find the “objective confirmation” by the adolescents of this crime (described by part 2 of article 205.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

On March 9, at the Kansk, adolescents planned to be charged with a final charge. The procedure was postponed (for technical reasons), notified and gathered for the appointed hour, parents got acquainted with the case file. Nikita Uvarova is charged, in addition to undergoing training in order to carry out terrorist activities, illegal production of explosives by a group by preliminary conspiracy (organizer) and their illegal acquisition, storage, wearing.

Most likely, the list of atrocities incriminated to children would be reduced further if the prospect of the jury was real.

But no, this privilege is awarded to ghouls and murderers, the organizers of the largest criminal communities in Russia, but the jury court is not laid for these children - from its competence the case of terrorism has been seized since 2008.

Dates with mother Nikita refused. They do not give him a meeting with a lawyer alone, without separation glass and listening devices. In accordance with national law, Uvarov has the right to do so. And no exceptions for refusal are provided. The head of the SIZO-5 Lieutenant Colonel E. Stepanov, of course, is aware of what is written in the law. However, nothing happens. On February 18, Nikita wrote an application for such a meeting with lawyer Vladimir Vasin, asking in case of refusal to motivate him in writing. The boss did not answer.

Apparently, in the Kansk process of the system it is so accepted: Anna Uvarova just as inappropriately asks the investigator Parkhomenko (SK) to motivate his son in a date. She is sent in packs of her statements, on top of which it is extremely lapidarously drawn: "I do not allow." Or (the last time - 12.02.2021): "Decisions are sent to your address." But the mother did not receive any decisions. Parkhomenko does not consider it necessary to explain his unbending employee of the investigative department, although by law he must motivate the ban on date.

Nikita announced an oral refusal to meet with a lawyer in a telephone conversation - he was allowed to only recently recently.
