A court in Barnaul arrested for 13 days an activist who held a picket on the day of Mishustin’s arrival

In Barnaul, local activist Viktor Rau was arrested for 13 days, he himself announced this on his Facebook page. He was charged with repeated violation of the rules of holding a rally (Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences) due to a single picket on the day of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin’s arrival in the city.
