The court in the Stavropol region released under house arrest the accused in the "Ingush case" Zarif Sautiev. She has been in jail since July 2019. This was reported on Facebook by her lawyer Dzhabrail Kuriev.

In the wake of protests that took place in March 2019 in Magas, Sautieva is charged with the organization of violence that is dangerous for the life and health of representatives of the authorities (part 2 of article 318 of the Criminal Code using part 3 of article 33 of the Criminal Code), as well as participation in the extremist community (part 2 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code).

On March 11, the Prosecutor General’s Office appealed the house arrest of Sautieva, lawyer Bilan Dzugaev reports . The prosecutor's office made an idea to the Stavropol Regional Court that Sautiev could hide from the court if it is not returned to the pre -trial detention center.
