Police in Izhevsk opened a criminal case of hooliganism against activist of the Russian Socialist Movement (RSM) Anastasia Ponkina in connection with her participation in the rally on January 23. The Udmurt telegram channel “This is Shchukin” is about this.
reports a criminal case under clause “b”, part 1 of art. 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism motivated by political enmity) was opened by the investigator of police department No. 2 after considering the report of the investigator of the Investigative Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Izhevsk, Hartanovich.
As “This is Shchukin” writes, a student at Nizhny Novgorod State University. Lobachevsky Anastasia Ponkina was on the Central Square of Izhevsk on January 23 and, according to the case materials, she dragged the gathered townspeople along with her to the roadway of Pushkinskaya Street. The telegram channel does not explain what exactly the “hooliganism” was.
As Ponkina's acquaintances told OVD-Info, she is not currently detained.
