SK opened a case against Mikhail Khachaturian killed by his daughters
The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against Mikhail Khachaturian, of the murder of which his daughters are accused. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to a lawyer.
The case was opened under articles on violent acts of a sexual nature and torture in relation to the daughters of Khachaturian. According to TASS , lawyer Alexei Parshin, next week, the defense should be called to the investigator in order to recognize the sisters of Khachaturian with victims.
In early December, the court recognized the refusal of investigators to institute criminal proceedings against Mikhail Khachaturian in connection with his death.
At the same time, the relatives of the deceased appealed to the court, who demand an investigation to rehabilitate Khachaturian, with a motion of initiating the case. Lawyer Sisters Khachaturian said that if the case is open, then his clients will go through him as victims.
