Krasnoyarsk entrepreneur faces a deadline for a post about the police

The entrepreneur and ex-deputy of the City Council of Krasnoyarsk Vladimir Vladimirov threatens the term for the post with a photo of the police, published on Instagram a year ago. An administrative case was brought to him under an article on the initiation of hostility (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation), the restaurateur himself said the editorial office of Siberia.

According to the entrepreneur, he published a picture on the social network at the beginning of the pandemic - the photo shows a service dog and three police officers with signs "We work for your safety, stay at home" in our hands. Under the photo in small letters there was a signature, according to the prosecutor's office, insulting the police. Vladimirov did not notice the inscription, and the photo, according to him, was set only in order to convince people to observe the quarantine regime. The next day, when friends informed him of the inscription under the photo, Vladimirov deleted him.

"I would never criticize measures to comply with quarantine, this is not the beating and detention of people for rallies. But the fact that the publication can be attracted and imprisoned - this, of course, is nonsense. I already saw the comments of the Americans under the news on this topic, I say, I can’t imagine that I wrote something about the police, and I would have shown to me from the FBI. Where is the freedom of the word to ask? Comments the entrepreneur.

When asked by the entrepreneur, why the matter of a year ago was now opened, the prosecutor’s office replied that he was "watching and taking a screenshot of each of his publications daily." "I have too much critics of existing officials, they somehow said so. The screenshot, by the way, were sent from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and judging by the dates - also recently. Of course, a long -standing post is a formal occasion. I think that the administrative persecution is either with my statement about the upcoming elections, or the publications about the governor of the region of Alexander Ussa and Vice -Governor Sergei Sergei Ponomarenko.

According to the article, he faces up to 20 thousand rubles of a fine, up to 100 hours of work or arrest up to 15 days.
