In Moscow, Yevgeny Goncharov was detained on Red Square for about 19 hours, who held a single picket with a poster “Putin, you ricked about”. Goncharov himself reported this by the OVD-info.

The detainee was delivered to the police department in the Kitay-Gorod district. A lawyer from the OTS-info Sergey Telnov came to him.

In the department, Goncharov was put in a cage. A protocol was issued for it under an article on a repeated violation of the rally legislation (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and left overnight before the trial. The police took the phone from the picketer and forced to name the password.
