Tretyakov Gallery will show the opera in the cinema

On March 27, on World Theater Day, the State Tretyakov Gallery launches the new musical project “Tretyakov Gallery: Opera in the Cinema” - shows of performances from the best opera theaters in the world on the film screen.

In the project “Tretyakov Gallery: Opera in the Cinema” in the cinema halls of the gallery, it will be possible to see performances with Jonas Kaufman, Joyce Didonato, Sondra Radwanovsky, Yestin Davis, Ksenia Dudnikova and other stars of the world opera scene monthly.

The program will open the prime minister from the Paris National Opera. On March 27, at 18:00, in the western wing of the New Tretyakov Gallery , Verdi will be shown in the production of Lotta de Ber, the conductor - Michele Maritti.

A special guest of the show will be the Mezzo-Soprano Ksenia Dudnikova-the performer of the party Amneris. Other parties are performed by tenor Jonas Kaufman (Radamor), Bas Solomon Hovard (Pharaoh), Soprano Sondra Radwanovsky (AIDA), Baritone Louis The Tezier (Amonasro), Bas Dmitry Beloselsky (Ramfis), tenor Alessandro Liberator (Redon) and Soprano Gabriella Reyes (Priestess).
