“I imagine myself being in a Star Wars remake.” Navalny spoke about his “favorite moments of the day” in the colony

In the social networks of Alexei Navalny, a post appeared on his behalf, in which he told how his days are going in IK-2 in Pokrov. This is the second post of the politician since he was brought to the colony.

In the post, Navalny spoke about two daily procedures in the colony that he likes. The first one is the morning anthem.

At 6:00 we are raised, at 6:10 we have exercises outside, but before the exercises we listen to the anthem. Imagine a local area around a barrack. Snow. Men in black prison overalls, boots and fur hats stand in the dark with their hands behind their backs, and over the entire zone through a loudspeaker on a high pole is heard: "Glory to our free Fatherland." Just delight.

Navalny's second favorite moment of the day was the final exercise, in which the prisoners "march in place, rattling their boots."

At this moment, I imagine that I am filming in the Russian remake of Star Wars, where instead of imperial stormtroopers there are prisoners in pea jackets and hats with earflaps. They have cigarettes in their mouths. Instead of laser rifles - iron crowbars.
