Hughes becomes the executive director of the expanded board of directors of TCS Group, where "will oversee key strategic initiatives aimed at improving corporate governance and ensuring the growth of the group." Hughes will retain the responsibilities of CEO TCS Group.
The candidacy of Bliznyuk has already been agreed with the Central Bank, writes TCS Group. He worked in Tinkoff Bank for 15 years, and a year ago, in April 2020, he headed the board of directors, replacing Tinkov himself (due to health reasons).
