In Krasnodar, the police closed the case under the article on fakes (part 9 of article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) against the head of Navalny's local headquarters, Anastasia Panchenko. About it writes "MBH Media".
Panchenko was harassed for a post about Vladimir Putin. According to the police, a supporter of the opposition politician published a story where she called the president an “extremist”: “It is Putin who makes us poorer, he does not allow us to watch honest and truthful information on TV, he builds estates for his friends, but he does not care about us. He is the enemy."
Initially, the protocol was drawn up under the article on disrespect for the authorities (part 3 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), but after a linguistic examination, the case was closed. Then law enforcement officers opened a case under the article of the Code of Administrative Offenses on fakes, however, in this case, the examination did not find signs of an offense. “This assessment is expressed in stylistically neutral vocabulary, taboo vocabulary is not used,” the linguists pointed out in their conclusion.
