
More than 20 Russian doctors from different cities signed an open letter to the Federal Penitentiary Service and the country's political leadership demanding that Alexei Navalny have medical assistance. The text publishes The Insider.
The authors of the letter note that without the results of MRI and inspection it is impossible to make a diagnosis, but they suggest that we can talk "about complications after a well -known last year's poisoning." Doctors also do not exclude that the state of Navalny may be associated with a newly developed disease against the background of an incomplete rehabilitation period.
Doctors warn of serious consequences for Navalny, the politician may refuse legs if the necessary assistance is not provided on time. The signing appeals called for the policy of civilian specialists, including specialists from the Berlin Clinic "Sharyit", who had already treated him.
The authors of the letter proposed to the doctors, including the former and the future, as well as to students of medical universities, to join the appeal.
Earlier, Navalny in the colony was visited by members of the Public Supervisory Commission of the Vladimir Region. They said that Navalny asked them to help in receiving Diclofenac injections to relieve pain. The politician himself reported a worsening state of health on March 26. The FSIN stated that the state of health of Navalny is satisfactory.
