Vasily Smirnov in the Leningrad Region at the Pella shipbuilding plant overturned the fishing trawler under construction. Its hold is partially flooded, the ship lay on board. According to RIA Novosti, at the time of the accident, 80 people were on the trawler. 78 of them are evacuated. Two people disappeared after overturning the trawler, later they were found dead.
