The first to go to the house of 61-year-old Vladimir Bardanov in the Kotta Cottage village of New Veshki was tried to enter the FSB operatives, employees of the Main Directorate of the criminal investigation department (GUUU) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from the illegal turnover of weapons and a group of special rapid reaction detachment (Sobr) Rosgvardiy. It was at about 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 30, one of the participants in the operation told Medusa.

Despite the large number of security forces, it was a standard raid in the house of a suspicious weapon collector: it was about the inspection of the premises as part of the operational-search activity, and not about the search for some criminal case, another source in law enforcement said in an interview with Medusa.

“There was no criminal case. No 210th article is close, only weapons turnover. They were not interested in any approach. If they found something, they would have seized; I would give evidence, take a special order and received a convention, ”he says. According to the interlocutor of Medusa, Bardanov “just flowed to the roof”, and the reserves of weapons, cartridges, canned food and toilet paper in his house indicate that “a person was preparing for war”.

The seizure of illegal “trunks” from weapons, restorers and reconstructors - almost routine work for the Bardanovs of the Central Electrician of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB who arrived at the house, the source of Medusa added. The investigators who came to Bardan did not expect resistance on his part, although they took with them a group of fighters of the Rosgvardi special forces. “Firstly, it should be. Competition between special forces

The competition between the special forces “Bulat” and “Thunder” in the Moscow region reached the highest level in 2017, a source in the Russian Guard explained then to the Medusa correspondent.

After joining the Russian Guard, the Bulat special forces complained in letters to the leadership that colleagues from the police stopped attracting them to their work, and instead use the Thunder - the former special forces of the Federal Drug Control Service, which, after disbanding the FSK, entered the anti -drug administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and was intended for the corresponding raids.

As a result, President Vladimir Putin, in a public speech at the expanded college of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, unexpectedly spoke about the meeting with the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev “In an informal setting”. It also discussed official issues, "including interaction with the Russian Guard."

“The Ministry of Internal Affairs remained their own, so we will call power structures designed to ensure operational activities, but a significant amount of work is nevertheless carried out by the Russian Guard. That is why the fighters of the Bulat from the Russian Guard complained to the authorities that they were "deprived of work."

After the collegium with Putin, the long -time colleague of Kolokoltsev, the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Moscow Region, Viktor Paukov periodically stops subordinates so that they “do not cross the road of the Russian Guard”, the interlocutor of Medusa, familiar with the fighters of both special detachments.

According to him, negotiations continued for some time: his wife and son Bardanov offered him to surrender. Then a group of shields tried to go into the house. In response, the owner of the house threw grenades and shot in bursts. “Then they started to enter - the Bulat worked,” says the interlocutor of Medusa.

“There was information that he was supposedly with combat experience, but a person with combat experience from such a distance, with such a density of fire, and did not hit anyone - this is very strange. Especially if there was a caliber of 5.45 - there is an ahovic behavior. If the [caliber] 7.62 stupidly pierces or enters the wall, then 5.45 bullets jump as they want as they want, ”the participant in the operation argues in an interview with Medusa (both calibers are used in Kalashnikov machine guns). - Familiar guys said that information was brought at the analysis: he did not have the results of a search of combat cartridges under AK [Kalashnikov Ractator]. At the same time, he says that he himself saw a wounded in the foot of the fighter of the Russian Guard: “There are questions about this injury. It looks like a typical self -shot. The normal phenomenon is absolutely for those who understand what the work of special forces is not in films. If the group goes behind shields, for example, they have trunks down. The assault on the house of Bardanov, lasting at about the same day, began after the use of the Zarya Light -Shuman ammunition, says the participant in the operation: “In the room to use it dull, a fire very often [happens]. Bardanov himself managed to throw about 20 grenades into the Rosguard fighters, says the participant in the operation: “It was definitely crackers - converted airsoft. There it would definitely be sore [fragments]. When the Kratov [shooter] threw a grenade not even F-1, but an ergedeshka [an offensive grenade with a smaller fragmentation effect than that of a defensive F-1], there the guys sore. ”

On April 1, the Investigative Committee of Russia said that in the house of Vladimir Bardanov, two airsoft grenades, a saber with a fuse and one dummy of grenade were found (there are no mention of combat grenades), as well as more than 100 thousand rounds.

One of the collectors of the weapon, to which Medusa turned to the consultation, identified a box of 7.62 × 54 caliber in the photographs from Vladimir Bardanov’s house from the house of Vladimir Bardanov, as well as clips from different weapons models. All of them are available in free sale and are very slightly inferior in their characteristics by army cartridges. In one photo there is a “zinc” (a box with cartridges) - probably with army cartridges of 7.62 × 54 caliber.

The interlocutor of Medusa agreed that if cartridges can be identified quite unambiguously, then in the case of weapons it is not always possible to distinguish a “hunted” example from a combat or “restored”, that is, converted back to the possibility of shooting a bullet. Among the units of weapons found in the house of Bardanov, he recognized the RPK (Kalashnikov’s manual machine gun), AKM (Kalashnikov Machine Automatic) with a 40 rounds store, PPS-43 (Sudaev submachine gun), Kedr submachine gun with a silent shooting device and pistol pistol and pistols and pistols Makarova. “With a high degree of probability”, some of them have been converted from hunting weapons for shooting a bullet, says the interlocutor of Medusa.

According to the weapon collector, the very existence of a business for the sale of components and tools for remaking civilian weapons into combat can be explained by the fact that the security forces need to fulfill the plan to identify weapons.

The interlocutor of Medusa in law enforcement agencies with the experience of such raids confirmed that the “inspection of the premises”, as a rule, is backed up by reference to operational information. The source of the received “signal” is marked by the “secret” stamp and is protected by the law on state secret. The exact content of such materials is almost inaccessible even to the prosecutor's office and the court, therefore, it is far from always reliable; Sometimes during the raids of the suspicion of operatives are not confirmed.

Special Forces in Russia, like ordinary policemen, have its own “stick system” - and each unit seeks to record as many effective operations to detain criminals or withdrawing weapons as possible.

“No one likes to give the sticks,” says the participant in the operation in the new hangers. - All services leave all the sweets with their own: the FSB - “Alpha”, the Ministry of Internal Affairs - “Thunder”, the Russian Guard also takes himself. The day after the release of this material, on Friday, April 2, the State Duma deputy, former adviser to the head of the Russian Guard Alexander Hinshtein published an official version of events in his telegram channel-citing a special message from the Russian Guard.

According to Khinshtein, employees of the Main Directorate of the criminal investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrived at the Bardanov House, accompanied by the Rosgvardi Group of Sobr, by 10 in the morning-and tried to enter the building for inspection as part of operational-search measures. The man threw a grenade at them and opened fire from automatic weapons.

Khinshtein emphasized that special forces officers evacuated his daughter and two grandchildren (three and five years) from the neighboring house on the Bardanov section, and brought his wife and housekeeper out of the house of Bardanov.

At 11:20, the Special Forces “Thunder” of the Moscow Region Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs came to the place, which was then in reserve without participating in the operation. At the same time, Bulat special forces, according to the official version, arrived after 10 minutes - but also found himself in reserve; He was involved in the assault only at the last stage.

In addition, at 11:40, fighters appeared from the reserve of the Lynx detachment, as well as OMON "Zubre" - to block the operation area.

The second attempt to enter the house of Bardanov was made at 13:40 by the special forces of the Russian Guard, but met resistance. Bardanov fired from automatic weapons and threw “combat grenades and IEVs with an amazing action”, insists the Rosguard - thus denying the assumption of the source of the “Medusa” that the shooter could take advantage of the striking grenades.

Three and a half hours later, “Bardanov“ drove ”to the attic (third floor), where he was barricaded, continuing active resistance.” The “trot” fighter at that moment received a bullet wound in the leg. After another three and a half hours, a fire began in the house. What caused his cause is not said in special reports. Then the special forces left the building - and when the Ministry of Emergencies and the Russian Guard extinguished the fire, they found Bardanov’s body in the house.

Khinshtein said that the special forces of the Russian Guard did not “compete” with “thunder”, since the “thunder” is used only to force support for operations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “through the drug line”. The arrival of the thunder “thunder” “only 10 minutes earlier”, which were the Russian Guard, “was due to the signal of emergency circumstances”, “territorially - the base“ thunder ”was closest to the scene,” wrote Khinshtein.

In total, according to the official version, there were 30 fighters of the VSR “Lynx” on the spot, 15 fighters of the Sobr “Bulat”, 30 riot police fighters and 15 thunder special forces fighters.
