In Moscow, guardianship officers came with a check to the mother of one-year-old twins, Ksenia Golubtsova, who, after a rally in support of Navalny, was detained and not released from the department for two days. This was reported by the human rights organization "Apology of Protest".

Golubtsova was detained on January 23 and taken to the Yuzhnoye Tushino OVD, and then transferred to the Prospekt Vernadsky OVD. As the "Apology of Protest" emphasizes, the girl was held by the police until January 25, despite a direct ban on keeping women with children under 14 in the department for more than three hours.

After that, the district police officer and employees of the district police department came to the girl. According to Golubtsova, she was taken to the department, where she was checked for involvement in terrorist activities. On February 10, Golubtsova was found guilty under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for the action on January 23 and fined 10 thousand rubles.

The day before, representatives of the guardianship authorities came to Golubtsova, who, according to the girl, said that they had received a request for a check from the Prospect Vernadsky police department. As Golubtsova clarified, she was told that she “left the children with no one knows who for two days and it is necessary to check how they lived, ate, and so on.”

“At first they themselves detained me for two days, and now they are writing a paper for guardianship that the mother left the children, although they were with dad,”

the girl said.

Guardianship employees drew up an “act of examining the family and living conditions of minors”. According to Golubtsova, they asked about family income, children's nutrition, and attitudes in the family. The girl did not let the representatives of guardianship go home.
