The court in St. Petersburg terminated the case against the mundops detained during the meeting

The justice of the peace in St. Petersburg terminated administrative cases against seven municipal deputies of the Smolninsky district, who were detained during the meeting on January 20. This was reported in the telegram channel "Buddy".

The judge stated that he did not find in the actions of the mounds of the composition of the offense provided for in an article on the violation of the “Self -isolation regime” (Article 8.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of St. Petersburg).

Administrative cases were terminated against Ekaterina Kuznetsova, Alexander Zakharov, Ivan Chebotar, Elena Mishkinis, Nikita Yuferov, Diana Seva and Pavel Pavel.

• 13 municipal deputies of the St. Petersburg District Smolninsky detained during the meeting on the evening of January 20. The detainees were delivered to OP No. 76 and only about midnight was released with protocols about violation of the “insulation mode”. They did not let the public defender into the department to the Munds, the security forces referred to the “fortress” plan.
