The police sent to the drug dispensary a resident of Rubtsovsk Yuri Zagursky, whom they detained while driving and suspected of drinking alcohol. Later it turned out that he had a stroke, his son Andrei Zagursky turned to the prosecutor's office and the Ministry of Health of the Altai Territory. He told about this to Bankfax.

Yuri Zagursky works as a taxi driver. He rode in a car without passengers when he felt bad and, having lost control, drove into the oncoming lane. He managed to brake did not allow collisions with other cars. Some of the eyewitnesses of the incident called the traffic police crew. According to Andrei Zagursky, his father’s colleague saw how the police checked the alcohol tester who showed zero ppm. After that, the police took the taxi driver to a narcological dispensary.

According to Andrei Zagursky, slurred speech and inadequate reactions in his father were associated with a heart attack. Despite the lack of the smell of alcohol, the police and employees of the drug dispensary did not call an ambulance for him within two hours. As a result, due to the non-ordering of the health care of Yuri Zagursky, irreparable damage was caused. He was in intensive care for several days, he partially paralyzed. Close to Zagursky believe that this is the fault of the police and doctors of the drug dispensary.

Andrei Zagursky said that he was associated with the head of the city traffic police Alexei Anokhin, who, according to Zagursky, does not see guilt in the actions of his employees, since they "do not do the doctors and do not have a medical education."

In addition, he talked with the chief doctor of the medical institution and an employee who received his father in the dispensary. He was answered that it was impossible to determine a stroke, since the condition was like drug intoxication.
