
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree according to which the decision of the National Security Council of April 2 on the application of sanctions comes into force. We are talking about ten individuals and 79 companies.
According to the website of the President of Ukraine , the Ministry of Foreign Affairs should inform the competent authorities of the European Union, the USA and other states on the application of sanctions and ask them to consider the possibility of applying similar measures to persons and companies from the sanctions list.
Ten individuals named in the sanctions list, this, according to Zelensky, is the first dozen Ukrainian smugglers . As Ukrainian Pravda notes, among them the King of Smuggling Vadim Alperin and Lviv criminal authority Vladimir Didukh. In connection with the disclosure of a network of smugglers, more than a hundred employees of the State Customs Service of Ukraine were released from work, including 17 managers of customs and customs posts.
The Russian agency TASS in a message from Kiev noted that sanctions were imposed on Rossotrudnichestvo, Volga-Dnepr company and another 77 enterprises. Among them is the “Ostakak” and “Special Production and Technical Base”, the Spetsgogregat plant, the Grand-Mechanical Plant, the Sevastopol enterprises of the Sevmormash-2M machine-building industry, the Dalzavod Shipyard Center and the Sevastopol Aggregate Plant.
The sanctions list also included the Russian "322nd Aviation Repair Plant" and "514th Aviation Repair Plant". Along with Russian companies, Ukrainian and several foreign enterprises fell under sanctions.
