Entrepreneurs - clients of Otkritie Bank - carried out more than 120 thousand cash withdrawal transactions using the new functionality

Since the beginning of the year, the bank's customers have carried out more than 120,000 cash withdrawals using business cards at ATMs with a choice of withdrawal symbol for almost 9 billion rubles.

The ability to select the symbol (purpose) of withdrawal from an ATM is a new functionality that Otkritie Bank launched for customers from the SME segment in December 2020. In ATMs of the bank, individual entrepreneurs have 6 symbols available for selection, legal entities - 9, including wages, social payments (pensions, benefits) and scholarships with a preferential commission of 0.4%. Previously, it was possible to withdraw money at such a rate only through the bank's cash desk and only by prior order.

So far, this option is available only when withdrawing funds using a plastic, and not a virtual Otkritie business card. The selected wording of the symbol (target) is added for such transactions to the payment purpose. These formulations correspond to the formulations of accounting "cash symbols". Previously, their choice was available only when withdrawing cash through the cashier. This is important and convenient for accounting and tax accounting of clients. Now they are not tied to the location and work schedule of the office and can withdraw cash with a choice of purpose around the clock. The functionality is available in most ATMs of the bank.
