The Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Penza overturned the decision against the eighth-grader, who was registered with the police because of the repost of the protest action of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation on VKontakte. This was reported to "7x7" by the defender of the schoolgirl Mikhail Lisin.

“Since my client has not yet reached (she is 15 years old - ed. ) the age of bringing to administrative responsibility (16 years - ed. ), then there is no corpus delicti. This means that there is no administrative proceeding. A conclusion about guilt can only be made within the framework of administrative proceedings.
