Network #Teneodna launched a project about the Harassment

The mutual assistance network for women #Teneodna launched an information project on the Harassment on her website. It published the results of a large -scale survey of harassment, in which almost 2,000 people took part, as well as instructions for those who have encountered this problem. The project is available in a special section of the network site .

75.2 % of the respondents who participated in a survey of the mutual assistance network came across harassment at least once. 14.1 % of them experience such a problem regularly. Most often, respondents reported inappropriate compliments, unnecessary touches and rude jokes. The study showed that in 81.5 % of cases, the harassment takes place in everyday communication - in the office or at dinner. At the same time, 52.1 % of respondents reported that they did not respond to harassment.

In the instructions that are also posted on the project website, there are advice on what to do if you have been subjected to a harassment at work, and what to do if you have witnessed harassment.

The project’s website is accompanied by a two -minute social audio drama “Night Call”, based on real events. In an interview with Forbes, the creator of the mutual assistance network noted that they introduced it during the online statement with state and public figures, experts, business representatives and bloggers.

According to the Media Law, “Paper” is obliged to report that “Violence.net” was recognized by the Russian Federation as a foreign agent. At the moment, the list of foreign agents includes several publications, activists and human rights activists, as well as a number of well -known NGOs, such as “humanitarian action”, which has been effective with drug users for 20 years.
