Why I'm not against the distan, but against smart voting

On April 6, an expanded meeting of the Commission on Education of the Moscow City Duma under the leadership of its chairman Yevgeny Bunimovich was held. It was devoted to a preliminary analysis of the most difficult period in the history of modern training: an forced transition to online learning in connection with the spread of pandemic in 2020. As you know, such a transition was carried out in the vast majority of civilized countries, except that excluding Sweden, which is now bitterly paying for this civilizational error, currently introducing tough restrictions.

Evgeny Bunimovich is a competent person in all respects: the teacher is still standing at the teacher's table, a poet, politician, until recently, the children's ombudsman of Moscow. In a word, a person having a voluminous stereoscopic view of the essence of the problem under discussion. At first, the discussion was of business practical in nature. Representatives of various departments were invited to the meeting, responsible for the practical implementation of emergency measures in the capital education system: the Department of Education, Rospotrebnadzor, Medical and Social Services. No dizziness was observed from success. Noting that in general, the metropolitan services coped with the most difficult task, the conversation was about the problems of switching to the distant and vice versa, of course, the pond of the ace.

Teachers, you can say without exaggeration, really, heroes! In complex force majeure circumstances, they needed to create a fundamentally new content for teaching children online. In order not to put their eyes to children, the duration of their location at the computer should not exceed 15–20 minutes. Therefore, in the content of the lesson it was necessary to distinguish the main, monological presentation of the material to replace with interactive interaction, to think over non -trivial tasks for independent work. And creating an attractive presentation design is a difficult new task for the teacher. Nights on the end, planting their own vision, teachers created this new educational product.

I note that according to statistics, mortality from the virus of women after forty years and younger significantly exceeded the mortality of men. In the United States, on the contrary, the mortality of men significantly exceeds mortality among women. Why so? Demographers believe that this is due to the fact that in the risk zone, where there are a large accumulation of children (kindergartens, clinics and schools), women who dominate these professions were mainly. In America, more women are sitting at home, and work in schools and medical facilities for the most part of a man. However, this is only an assumption. Serious population studies are needed.

In any case, this is not the subject of discussion on the commission of the Moscow City Duma.

As for distance learning that causes the fear of a certain part of the parents, I declare with full responsibility that, subject to balance with full -time classes, it is not necessary to be afraid of it.

I judge not only at my school. I am leading the federal project “Carried School”, in the framework of which we open special schools on the basis of a clinic throughout the country, where for years there are children who have medical diagnoses that threaten life: oncgetology, hemodialysis, etc. There are so -called school zones where sick children can have eyes in the eyes with teachers, but, along with this, children have tablets with the help of which they can participate in the classroom directly from boxes where they pass painful procedures, for example, chemotherapy, and they are prohibited from these boxes. Training here acquires a powerful therapeutic function, distracting children from gloomy thoughts about the disease. Currently, such hospital schools are opened by us in 44 regions of Russia.

At the same time, none of the professionals have complacency and dizziness from success. Problems of the wagon and a small cart. Including the problems of the regulatory framework, which must be tightened to changed reality. This is the problem of worthy payment of additional labor costs of teachers who worked at night and on weekends in the distance during the pandemic period with entire classes, and legislatively fixed payment for individual work with those children who were at home due to illness for a short period. We do not throw them and help not to lag behind the class. The same in online learning. But according to the law, work is paid only to homeless people - children with certain medical diagnoses. And the child who broke the leg does not apply to them. If I pay the teacher additional work with him, there is a gross financial violation.

And the system of awarding teachers ... is convinced that they are no less heroes than doctors. Meanwhile, at present, the system of awards of teachers is disavowed. In the past, the diploma of the Ministry of Traffic gave the right to the status of a labor veteran. The same right gave the medal "in memory of the 850th anniversary of Moscow." The status of a labor veteran provides for certain financial benefits. Currently, the letter and the medal do not give such benefits.

That's what, first of all, is the strengthening of the regulatory framework, a change in legislation should be engaged in the Moscow City Duma.

In fairness, it should be noted that a larger number of participants in the meeting took a constructive position.

Until the deputy from the Communist Party Evgeny Stupin, a deputy from the Communist Party of the Communist Party. Deputies who are not engaged in education were invited to the commission, but representing various political fractions in the Moscow City Duma. Which is quite natural, since they represent the interests of Muscovites who perceive the problems of education and medicine very acutely. Here the peculiar “fights without rules” unfolded, fundamentally turned over the political preferences of the author of these lines.

My polemic with Stupin needs details:

- Parents in chats boil indignation. They heard that Moscow schools are going to abandon offline training and continue to go to the distant.

- No one is going to do this. We are talking about a flexible combination of online and offline learning.

- You ruined the health of Moscow schoolchildren, you immobilized them.

- The decision to switch to the distant (in my opinion, reasonable) was made by the mayor of Moscow. And I did not hear something that the Moscow City Duma protest him.

- Like you, an academician, is not a shame - to take under a visor, implicitly fulfilling the decisions of officials.

Well, truly, from a sore head to a healthy one. As for immobilization, such a problem of hypodynamia really was. But that is why we all, teachers, physical education teachers, including the administration, danced in front of the screens of monitors, together with children, parents, grandparents on the other side of the screen.

But the aged fighter for the rights of the people strengthens the offensive with the indictment. In the past, he worked in the bailiff service. And I involuntarily begin to feel obviously guilty, ready to give the last jacket for moral debts.

- What are the flash mobs in the room in a communal apartment? People were deceived, they promised separate apartments by 2000.

-But the state program of the USSR “Housing-21000” was accepted by the one-party members of Mr. Stupin!

- And the shall of suicides of schoolchildren in connection with the exam. I was told in the Investigative Committee.

- But this is no longer professionally for a lawyer who once worked as a senior investigator. Adolescents really had attempts at adolescents, but when the media reported that the cause of the exam, it soon became clear that the girl in the tenth grade, where there was no final exam. And the reason for the drama is unhappy love.

Continuing a cavalry fuss on an unprincipled academician, the opponent gives an example of Sweden, which did not escape the closure of schools. It would be better if he did not cite this argument. As you know, such a transition to a distant has been carried out in the vast majority of civilized countries, except excluding Sweden, which is now bitterly paying for this mistake, currently introducing tough restrictions. The Swedish teachers with whom I have a direct connection through e -mail told that only doctors are being vaccinated with vaccine. The rest is not enough for it. And now schools and kindergartens are closed there.

Participating in this discussion, I at the same time think that a relatively young man representing the Communist Party should be a statesman by definition.

And one of the problems of our state (and not only ours) is the distrust of citizens to state bodies, even when they make reasonable decisions.

As a result, there is a vaccine, and citizens refuse to vaccinate, believing that they are once again deceived.

In support of Stupin is a deputy from the Communist Party of the Communist Party Ekaterina Englychev. She was late for the meeting and therefore did not hear the analysis of the problems voiced by invited specialists, nor the performance of her one -party man. Therefore, her arguments almost completely repeat the arguments of the previous speaker. But she nevertheless brings her fresh stream, proclaiming to the healthy reservoir in honor of the traditional Soviet education without any distances there, which led to outstanding cosmic achievements. These achievements were obtained thanks to reliable Soviet computers. Remembering our “backwoods” and “sparkling”, I began to slowly crawl from my chair. But what is there to add?

And the fact that the moment of truth has come for me. These wonderful people owe their appearance in the Moscow City Duma “smart voting”, which I do not intend to follow in the nearest elections.

We always publish you with joy. This time I can not help comment. You rightly absolutely characterize Yevgeny Bunimovich, our author for 25 years, as a person "in all respects of a competent, with a stereoscopic view of things."

And you, I repeat, are right. I would only recall that Evgeny Bunimovich became a deputy of the Moscow City Duma, too, with the support of a “smart vote”. Well, this is to the question of stereoscopy.
