Journalists from the Netherlands reported that they had access to thousands of telephone conversations of Sergei Dubinsky, one of the four suspects in the case of the crash of the Malaysian Boeing flight MH17 near Donetsk in 2014. The new data was published by the Dutch broadcaster NOS. According to journalists, in 2014 Ukrainians tapped Dubinsky's phone.
From the records of the conversations, it follows that Dubinsky discussed with his commander, the Minister of Defense of the self-proclaimed DPR, Igor Strelkov (Girkin), the transportation of the Buk missile launcher to repel the attacks of the Ukrainian army near the village of Marinovka.
“Now the Mole will bring you a Buk-M [...] We need to put it somewhere in the Pervomaisky area, a Buk-M. And three Vostok tanks with guards will come, ”Dubinsky says to his deputy Oleg Pulatov on one of the recordings. The next day, air defense was delivered, journalists say.
At the same time, telephone conversations studied by journalists indicate that Dubinsky did not know about what had happened for several hours after the crash.

Dutch journalists report that about half an hour after the crash of the passenger Boeing, an unknown person called Dubinsky and said that journalists were asking questions about the downed plane. Between the men, as follows from the recording of the conversation, the following dialogue took place:
- Journalists call me, in particular, from NTV. They say that the Boeing crashed near Donetsk, about 80 kilometers from Donetsk, is that true?
The fight is on, you mean?
— Boeing! The plane crashed.
“Ah, so ours shot down one near Saur-Mogila, near Marinovka. Our shot down "Sushka".
Almost two hours later, Dubinsky, as noted by Dutch journalists, found out that a passenger plane had been shot down. He, judging by the audio recording, called Pulatov and asked: “Did the Buk shoot or didn’t shoot?” To which he replied that the Ukrainian military plane "Sushka" shot down the Boeing, and then the Buk shot down the "Sushka".
Passenger Boeing of Malaysian Airlines, operating flight MH17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, was shot down on July 17, 2014 in the sky over Donetsk. All 298 people on board were killed - citizens of ten countries. The criminal investigation was conducted by a specially created Joint Investigation Team (JIT), which in June 2019 announced the names of four suspects involved in the disaster. Investigators believe that the plane was shot down by a Buk missile delivered from a military unit in Russia.
