A 43-year-old resident of Khakassia died in an accident with a tourist bus in Turkey. The head of the region Valentin Konovalov noted that the woman’s family will receive all the necessary support.

The accident occurred on the highway of the Axarai Konya in Turkey, the bus drove into a ditch and rolled over in difficult weather conditions. According to the consulate of Russia in Turkey, 26 tourists from Russia were injured in the accident. 43-year-old Elena Avtaykina died, Izvestia write with reference to the Turkish media. According to the publication, the bus was heading to Cappadocia.

The head of Khakassia, Valentin Konovalov, said in social networks that the region “would provide the relatives of the deceased with all the necessary support” and expressed his condolences in connection with the tragedy. He wrote that the bus driver lost control in difficult road conditions.
