The material says that 22-year-old Tyumen resident Milana Magomedova left home with a young man from Ufa, Vladislav Khorev. She was put on the wanted list, her parents arrived at their apartment in St. Petersburg with a “family friend” of the girl and forced her to go with them, the correspondent wrote.

Radio Liberty stated that the young man reported this to the police several times. According to the publication, at the Ministry of Internal Affairs department, an employee from Center “E” told Milana that Khorev was a recruiter, and she would have to leave with her parents because “that’s how they do it.” Her documents were handed over to the girl's father. After this, Magomedova underwent a course of psychological correction, but she was not diagnosed, it follows from the doctor’s report published in the publication.

On February 10, Milana ran away from home again. In Yekaterinburg, a Radio Liberty journalist introduced her to lawyer Fyodor Akchermyshev, and they contacted the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Sverdlovsk Region. Milana was removed from the wanted list, she filed a statement about the loss of her passport, the material says.

Upon receiving the document, she and the lawyer were intercepted by operational officers and taken to the police department, Radio Liberty writes. There, according to Milana, they were attacked by one of the leaders of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Sverdlovsk Region, Magomedmin Kurbanov. Fyodor Akchermyshev filed a complaint against him with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Investigative Committee. Journalists from local publications filmed what was happening at the police station.

Gallaev’s statement says that Milana is “mentally unwell” and “left home for unknown reasons.” It follows from the statement that Milana’s young man and her lawyer allegedly influenced a girl with a weak psyche and wanted to send her abroad through the production of a foreign passport. According to the applicant, both articles “caused heated discussions among the population” and incited hostility. Therefore, he demands that all materials about the situation around Milana be removed and that Sergei Khazov-Kassia and the editor of Radio Liberty who released the material, journalists of the E1.ru portal Anton Lebedev and Evgeniy Koshek, lawyer Fyodor Akchermyshev and Ufa resident Vladislav Khorev be prosecuted for extremism .

“The attitude of the leadership of the Dagestan Cultural Center towards the women’s issue is perfectly illustrated by its composition,” Khazov-Kassia commented on the statement. “There was not a single cultured Dagestan woman in Yekaterinburg; out of eight chairmen and deputies, there were zero women.”

The journalist added that Milana received a passport, but due to pressure from her parents she is afraid to get a job, join a clinic and buy travel tickets. “An adult woman has limited rights because the system is on the side of the parents. But it should be the other way around,” he wrote.

The Dagestan Cultural Center in Yekaterinburg refused to comment on such matters.
