In Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, road service workers rescued two residents from a burning apartment. Skr.su reports this.

According to the publication, workers saw plumes of smoke on the third floor of a residential apartment building. They drove a forklift to the house and placed a ladder in the bucket. The two men were able to climb out of the window and go down into the yard.

In total, five people were evacuated from the house , reported the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Sakhalin Region. The fire was extinguished, no one died, one person was injured.
