In Ivanovo, passengers, like carriers, criticized the minuses of transport reform. Dissatisfaction also caused that, in order to pay for travel at a preferential tariff, officials ordered Ivanovites to switch to Mir cards. The local branch of the Yabloko party sent to Governor Stanislav Voskresensky and to the regional prosecutor's office of 850 signatures of citizens for the abolition of this innovation.
Residents are unhappy with the imposition of a Mir bank card by passengers, the transition to which is not mandatory. In addition, the transport reform began before the payments of beneficiaries were set up in the buses through the terminals.
“Already in the early days of implementation, the system demonstrated many shortcomings. In particular, when transactions, through terminals from the balance sheet of the beneficiary card, the full cost of the set tariff is written off - 19 rubles, not 12.73 rubles, as it should be under regional legislation, ”the governor said.
The letter notes that the officials promised to make the period before July 1, 2021, when the passenger can use any convenient way to pay for the fare. However, carriers have now begun to refuse to serve a regular social card. At the same time, it was impossible to transfer the rest of the money from the old card to the Mir card, as a result, some passengers cannot use the preferential passage.
The Bank of Russia has postponed the deadline for the mandatory crediting of pensions and other social payments to the cards of the National Payment System "Mir" until July 1, 2021. However, the transition to this card is not mandatory for beneficiaries. They can receive pensions and benefits to accounts to which no cards are tied, in cash and through mail. To do this, you can apply for a statement on the public services website. If you do not want to switch to the Mir card and use the services of an online bank, then you can issue payments to the account and transfer them to any card in an online bank. The Pension Fund reported that it was not necessary to switch to the Mir card: “In case of refusal to receive a pension through the Mir card, that is, through credit institutions, the established payments can be credited to the account by contribution or delivered by Russian Post”. This information is also on the State Duma website .
Last week, the signatures of an open letter to the governor Stanislav Voskresensky began to collect Ivanov carriers. They pay attention to the fact that officials did not discuss the transport reform with them or with passengers. Since July 1, in the Ivanovo region, the final transition to the Mir card is planned to pay for the preferential travel on buses. At the same time, according to carriers, a small part of the beneficiaries passed to this card by early April. The rest continue to use social cards that the terminals used by carriers do not read. In addition, it turned out that any winner of the Mir card can travel in public transport at a preferential tariff.
