Salaries in Siberia are growing in medicine and it

The number of vacancies in the Siberian Federal District in April increased by 19% relative to the same month a year earlier. Analysts note the growth of salaries in medicine and information technology.

The recruiting activity of Siberia employers is growing, it follows from the study of the online service for the search for the work of Superjob.

The dynamics of average market salaries in the field of medicine for 2020 amounted to 15-18%. So, for example, the average market wage in commercial clinics with full employment (after taxes) is 75 thousand rubles in the therapist in Novosibirsk and Krasnoyarsk, and 67 thousand rubles in Omsk. The salary of nurses in Novosibirsk and Krasnoyarsk is an average of 40 thousand rubles, and in Omsk - 36 thousand rubles.

Also, the annual growth of salary offers in the field of information technology for the year amounted to 14.6%.

In the most affected by coronavirus, the situation varies. So, according to the results of March, in the field of art arts in Siberia, even less than in March 2019 by 52%. Tourism is 42%behind, and the hotels, on the contrary, are actively gaining staff: the number of vacancies is even higher than in March 2019 (+17%).
